But isn't part of the reason why Bill Gates isn't so rich anymore because he's giving his money away? He's given away more money than anyone I can think of.
How much has Carlos Slim given away to help fight AIDS? How much has he given away for education?
It's not how much money you have that's important, but what you do with it and the impact it has on others.
"1) Vista isn't being as widely adopted as has been declared. 2) Users are opting to buy cheaper boxes and disabling the heavy RAM features (automatically done by Vista if the system requirements aren't up to Aero Glass par)."
3) People who upgraded their computers to Vista already had enought RAM (at least 1GB) and aren't buying more 4) People are buying new Vista computers with enough RAM already in them (1GB or more) 5) People are using their new Vista computers as is (with stock 512MB or 1GB RAM) just like the people who bought their new XP computers way back when with 256MB or 512MB RAM and didn't bother to add more at the time either, but probably did later down the road.
Honestly, I don't see how low DRAM sales = hard data on Vista's adoption rate.
So who wants to be the first to try to sell one of these DRM-free songs on eBay?
I'm thinking it should be easier since the buyer doesn't need the original purchasers account info to activate and play the song. Or will eBay just pull the auction like last time.
"Battery-powered RFID tags are placed on an asset and they communicate with at least three wireless access points inside the network to triangulate a location."
What's next, virus/trojan/worm writers suing anti-virus software companies because their software removes said program(s) without warning users that it will be deleted?
Besides, isn't it already inferred that the anti-spyware program will remove whatever spyware it finds? I mean, that's why people install anti-spyware programs to begin with, so that it will remove whatever spyware it finds. That's what it is designed to do.
All your base are belong to us.
This is like HP complaining that Lexmark copied their work/idea about selling printers and expensive inkjet cartridges.
Someone needs to go out a get a third life.

You can also reduce the amount of credit card spam by opting out with the Consumer Credit Reporting Industry.
I have and, although I still get the occasional offer from my bank and stock broker, it has reduced the amount of credit card spam a lot.
Imagine a beowulf cluster of these!
There ya go
"I honestly wonder if they will eventually 'get' that releasing MS Office code to the open source community is their only option."
Billg: "That's the dumbest fucking idea I've heard since I've been at Microsoft."
What? No duct tape?

In CmdrTaco's eyes, that's probably a good thing too.
"No wireless. Less space than a nomad. Lame."
"They *still* haven't bought the domain zune.com, talk about stupid."
