They had some content last summer during their "g-phoria" festival thing. They had intelligent conversations with some developers and such. But, alas, once "g-phoria" was relegated to history, the channel mainly sucked balls again.
There is a show every once in a while where they do have intelligent commentary, but they're few and far between.
It's on digital cable here, but you have to pay something like $150-200 a month for the package that includes TechTV (as well as most of the premium channels I believe). This is in great contrast to satellite where every provider I have seen has TechTV as one of the main channels on the second tier (which is barely above basic in cost).
Years ago when I first got my 12x drive (they had just come out) it was a Plextor. The 12x discs weren't easily available yet, so I used the 8x discs at 12x. No errors ever with that drive, and I just checjed a few CDs I burned back then, and they still work.
I'm in the same boat except for one thing: when my parents moved out here the lost the flouridated water (they moved when I was 2 and I'm second oldest). That leadds me to believe that fluoridation doesn't matter too much.
You know, you're right. I don't know if there really is a heaven either. It's all in what you want to believe. Which is why I respect anyone's religion, even if I don't agree that the world sits on a turtle's back as it walks around, or some other tale.
But if we put down our bongs our freedom to smoke po-.... Sis you say bongs? there's no bongs here officer, I swear! These aren't the bongs you're looking for! *waves hand in front of officer's face*
I don't call 3 burglaries a "rash of burglaries" regardless of if it was $5 worth of stuff stolen or $5 million, seeing as the victims seemed to not invest any of that (quite abundant) money on a working security system or a safe. I also don't really care if those are the first burglaries in that municipality, since that really has no bearing.
I think, just from the "common sense" rule, he may have photographed her and she told him she was 18. She may have even had a fake ID (which she obviously would not present in court as it's illegal).
The Underpants Gnomes did put it there. They made it out of wooden underpants people wore in ancient times.
You say there is no proof of wooden underpants? Well that's because the Underpants Gnomes had to use every single pair to put a boat that big on top of a mountain,
Amen to that. People should act according to their beliefs. If you believe in Christ, why do you act the opposite?
Yes, I am Christian, specifically Catholic. I am tolerant of other views, and am one of the few "true believers"* that doesn't believe you all are going to hell for being of a different religion.
* True believers (for my definition) believe that Jesus is The Way, the Truth and the Light, meaning the way to heaven is through Him. There is much argument as to whether that means you have to partake of the eucharist to be "through Him" or if that phrase is meant as if your actions follow his teachings (more or less, at least, in the case of other religions).
THey have looked at the pictures. It looks like there's something up there, but because of the roughness of the terrain and such they can't tell exactly what it is.
From what my high school German teacher said, when using the word "hot" you have to pretty much tread on eggshells because about the only thing that can be considered hot is a person's body. So, depending on your exact grammar, you might have been asking them how hot you are.
Remember, this is just pure speculation and I'm not talking from experience.
I agree with this. Then maybe the idiot Linux users who say "they're idiots for using Windows anyways" will have one less thing to gripe about.
I use Windows, have never installed any spyware. I haven't done 90% of things those linux users gripe about. But they will still call me stupid for not totally hating Windows.
I use linux as well, but I have a problem where my school uses proprietary software, and I use propietary software (games) as well. So I need to use Windows as I never figured out how to make Wine work flawlessly. I'm still working on it, but don't think I will ever be totally free from Windows as long as most things are stuck there.

They are? I think that the suit against MS and the resulting decision prove your statement false....
Except this beast predates the Simpsons. This thing has been around for *years*.

Have both! I'm sure neither one would mind....

No, because there would *still* be recorded in a computer and easily accessible by anyone.
You mean they actually stop padding their pockets before that money is totally gone? You have more faith in them than I, sir.

"fuck off and die" didn't work, but "fuck off and die Clippy" did work
mine cost $650, is widescreen, and has a Radeon that will play the latest gaems, albeit at a lower visual quality.
Neither do those of us who live too far north to be considered actual suburbs.
Hmmm, guess my laptop's not a good bet then. It has instant access to the newest FPS.
Thanks for clearing that up. You'd think that since so many block port 20 and the like that they'd include port 135.......
Because 135 is blocked by the average ISP? Or isn't it? I haven't gone without a firewall for years...
No, but you are probably in a small minority (including me, of course).
