The company that makes trillions of dollars is only paying 4 million. They need to pay for everything the inconvenience the promises made. They need to pay 100 million to make it right. Plus the city should keep the infrastructure and build upon it.

This keeps going back and forth it is completely ridiculous. I have read studies over and over that say if you eat the WHOLE egg it is a perfect balance and very healthy for you. The egg is only harmful if you eat only the whites or only the yoke. So which is it? Today it is bad next week it will be healthy..... Oh yeah were are we at with coffee?? Bad or Good?
I stream games and NetFlix and such and I have been hitting my CAP and going over each month. Received a $250 overage everyone in the house is now curving their habits. So much for being a cord cutter and saving money. Errrr.
New studies are showing that streaming has become a major player in harming the environment especially in the fossil fuels pollution area. In short all the servers that have to run to provide the service, all the AC, battery backup, backup generators, and then every router and switch that data has to go through is using electricity. Much of it produced by fossil fuels. A streaming ONLY service is even worse, because you use all the electricity over and over. If you download it you are only using a fraction of the electricity. I really hope Google rethinks this.
I cover the camera with tape. I don't want everyone spying on me. All these breaches in security and apps that spy on you. Apps taking video of you in the bathroom or dressing. Ahhhhhh no. I want to be able to cover the camera and uncover it when I need it.
One of the major points in Cryptocurrency is that NO single entity owns or controls it. We are tired of banks controlling what we spend, how we spend, an knowing everything about us. Facebook making a Cryptocurrency is NOT what we want. It is just giving them control like a bank the very thing we are getting away from.
They piss you off over and over and over until you give up and hang up. Or they wear you down until you take a package deal you don't want paying too much. Or they fix it with a lower price and you are happy, then it jumps up to twice the original amount you were paying after 3 months. I hate this company.
Microsoft needs to understand that I use my computer 24x7x365 they need to have an option (with a huge warring if they must) that lets you select 24 hours in use time. I work about 15 hours on the computer and then run all my SQL queries, database updates, backups, file transfers, complies, etc at night. The system is used 24x7x365. I have NO IDEA why Microsoft cannot understand this! In the computer age people actually use their computers! Give me the option to turn off automatic updates and let me select a time once a week where I can stop processes and do the updates!
Great research but unfortunately the wealthy person doesn't pay the tax either. My wife who works for a huge accounting firm that does taxes for the wealthy continuity sees wealthy people who make 100 million to billions of dollars a year and they only pay 6,000 to 70,000 in taxes. It is disgusting the amount of taxes they avoid and they just get richer and richer. While their taxes should be 39.6% plus 3.8% and state tax they are always able to use tax loopholes and tax law to avoid paying them. Going over the tax laws with my wife you soon learn they are passed and created for the wealthy because there would be no way we would ever come close to take advantage of any of those tax laws and avoid paying taxes.
Yeah Microsoft and you want us to move to Edge. The broken, most unfriendly and unusable browser on the planet. Fix Edge and users probably would leave Internet Explorer. Allow us to completely turn off, cortana, Bing and tracking. Allow us to open our home page {whatever it is} in new tabs or anytime we want. Fix the downloads, NOT everyone saves to "Downloads" on the local system!!!! I sort my files and save them on a server. Allow us to turn OFF download notifications. I know I am downloading something I don't need to know when it finished. Sometimes I am downloading 10 things at a time or they are large like a new IX distro. I don't need messages from all the downloads. So fix Edge and then we will talk!
But it will not work that way. The ISP will be greedy and want the money no matter where it comes from and face the fines when they get caught. Because the fines will be much less than what they collected.

What Microsoft does not want you to know is that Office 2007 and 2010 are still in VERY active and in service and there is NO need to upgrade. Why buy Office 2013, 2016 or 2019 when what you have works. Why subscribe and pay forever when the older versions work just fine? Oh yeah they want more money. Duh!
What are you talking about? I work with servers (over 3000 servers) as a contractor for large companies and governments. No server has Java on it, nor does any software running on the server use Java. Windows or *IX boxes. Are you using odd ball software?
For years we have had to deal with crappy apps that did not work or worked only on one version of Java. If you upgraded you were screwed. If you didn't then you were open to Java attacks. Vendors are beyond slow to update and to work out bugs to get their software to work on the next version of Java. The biggest issues are how SLOW Java is on Windows. Oracle still has not fixed that to this day. The worst was I had to support a software on Java 1.4 that is 10 or 15 years old and the vendor was locked into the version!! What a nightmare!!. Thank God no credible vendor uses Java for applications anymore.
