You are kidding right? This stuff is common knowledge. The last time the courts came in and tried to challenge nuclear weapons designs being published was ages ago. And they didn't succede because I believe the defendant was able to show that it was common knowledge already. Uranium is still able to be mined obviously. Its half life allows it and we haven't gotten rid of it from all of the nuclear weapons. The things that are actually classified are the fusion bombs.
That article doesn't say the internet is broken. It just says that is there the possibility of a new network design that would improve on the current structure of the internet. Who knows the new internet and the old one could co exist.

I think the thing that irks the DVDCCA is the fact that it creates a permament copy. You could theoretically rent all of those movies and not pay a penny for the content (minus the renting charge which is small).
According to other posts and common sence because you are accessing the computer the hard disk is being modified. Using dd and other tools on the running computer will possibly modify the drive and make your evidence invalid.
I don't believe any of the wireless spectrum is being sold by the FCC that will influence ham radio. Besides the ARRL does have some lobbying power to try to prevent this. They don't mention they are selling off part of the ham radio spectrum. Although most likely any new spectrum for hammers has a small chance of being available to hammers. Most likely they will be elbowed out by the telecom sector.

Except computer systems have nowhere near the reliability of phone systems. Phone systems are designed to be much more robust that computer systems.
