  1. More sales than PS2.. on Nintendo Declares GCN Most Popular Console Ever · · Score: 1

because PS2 didn't ship nearly as many units. I'm sure we all remember the outrageous prices for the PS2. I'm willing to bet that if Sony had shipped as many units as nintendo did, they would hold the record.

  2. Moral dilemma on Coming Back Soon... The Tasmanian Tiger? · · Score: 1

What about the moral dilemma surrounding these actions?

What if something went wrong while reviving the species? DNA being modified during the cloning progress to name an example.

We would be literally playing god. The species died off because nature intended it to( even if it was hunted to death we are still a part of a larger cycle)

And if we could do it for this species, itd open up the possibility for other, less desireable species to be recreated.

I think we should think this through before throwing our technology around reviving extinct species.

Get dance dance revolution for the playstation.

For those unfamiliar with the game, basically you have a pad with 4 arrows, up down left right. On screen you see 4 static arrows at the top of the screen and then some colored arrows floating upwards toward them. You press the arrow on the pad when the colored and static arrows overlap.

It's a great form of exercise, it even includes a diet mode where you set the amount of calories you want to burn and itll make you play until you reach your desired goal.

With passport, microsoft wishes to be the customs agent of the internet. However, with flaws like this they really are not going to turn many people over to their side.

I'm sure more exploits will pop up in the future. Most of them will likely use hotmail in someway or another to enter.

  21. My account as a high school student. on First-Person Account Of Today's Attacks · · Score: 2, Insightful

Today went along like any other day in high school. Our school goes in blocks so at about 9:00 pm CST block 1 ends. Today, ironically, we happened to have a fire drill. This proceeded normally but when I went to my 2nd block history class I noticed something was wrong. Teachers and students were huddled around the TV mounted on the ceiling of the room staring blindly. I asked someone what was wrong and they said that a plane had crashed into the WTC and that the building had just collapsed. I didn't know how to respond to this. We watched the events unfold and saw the second building collapse live. By now other classes had filed into our little classroom, some kids were starting to cry. During the passing period I saw one of my close friends crying her eyes out because her brother worked near the WTC. My peers and I kept repeating that it seemed surreal, something out of a movie. This is the first really tragic event to occur during our lifetime. My parent's generation always speaks of when President Kennedy died and how they will always remember where they were when it happened. I can tell you that I will never forget how I saw these events unfold and that this is a story I will be telling my grandchildren.
