I use Windows_Key + R. It's one of the most useful key combinations. Also, the Windows_Key doesnt eject you from full-screen games anymore (since Win98 days).
IF executed this idea would take power from small (in terms of population) states and give more power to large states. Small states will have none of this. One of the comprimises made by big states (during the forming of our nation) was to have the senate, which gives more power to small states hence making their influence more equal to big states. The current implememtation of the electoral college continues that spirit of comprimise.

HDMI/DVI is digital, component is analog. Component can only be equal, never better than HDMI/DVI. With digital you are not going to have graduated quality, either the bits get sent (100% quality) or they do not get sent (0% quality), assuming no error correction...
I dont think so. Maybe you are refering to signal strength? When I am 5 feet from my WAP I get ~6mbps, when I am 20 feet ( more than +5) I still get ~6mbps. By your logic I should be getting 1mbps. You dont need full strength to get full speed.
The halo2 online service has been up online for months for testing purposes so I dont think they are going to ban you for playing a game you legitimatley bought.
Deferred compensation does not mean much. He was due a large compensation from halliburton, he chose the get the money over a period of time vs. all at once. Those payments wont change even if haliburton goes out of business.
Cheney hasnt made any money on his stock options from before he entered office. In fact since he has entered office he has lost money on his stock options. You can look at HAL stock price from just before 2001 till now, it has lost value.
You could also argue that since the stock went down after he entered office he has had interest in getting it back up which is what makes having this stock options unethical.

Try throwing HDTV 1080i with de-interlacing at that computer, it will chug and skip.
