Oh goodie, let me just go back and do that and undo my previous days work. Apparently there will be a fix in the near future, but for now there's a bandaid available.
If we're picking words, then I'd say she was killed by her ignorance, not stupidity.
If she knew that excess water consumption can kill you, then yes, she was stupid and the station doesn't have a liability.
But did she know that? Did the station inform her? Did the station know? When she started to feel sick, is it reasonable to expect her to go to the emergency room just for drinking water? And even if she had, was it already too late at that point?
I just have questions, not answers, but I also reserve judgment until the details are known.

That says far more about your circle of friends/co-workers than it does about the language.
Tailgaters aren't that bad, I can live with them behind me.
It's the fuckers that are really close in front of me I can't stand. How the hell am I supposed to be able to stop in time going 80mph when that guy is just 10 feet in front of me?!
Unfortunately most OSes or platforms only have one definition for when DST occurs. Meaning, if you need to convert a historical, or future date to GMT and back, you're going to have issues.
Try it now, see when your computer tells you DST occured in 1980, 1970, 1960. It'll most likely be wrong.

WTF? Make it user-configurable so fundamentalists can set pi=3?
In my company we use pi=7.36.
But we also work with really BIG circles.
The other thing you can do is to cover the tips of your fingers with super glue. It works quite well and does not come off for some time.
great idfea!

Wow, a Slashdot post that so closely matches the spoof ad that I'm not entirely sure whether it's an attempt at humor or not.
So who's gonna play the part of the hot Wii chick?
She didn't know which was cheaper.
$6.99 is by definition cheaper than $8.99, the number of batteries is irrelevant.
Unless you mean cost per battery, which only is a factor if you actually need the extra 6 batteries.
It doesn't suck, it's actually working quite well.
It's just that no one can figure out how.

An Intel spokesman later followed up and said: "We're 99.999999999990437% certain we have not been subpoenaed."
How about Penetration engineer?
Man that'd make a badass business card.
Ever since John cut her hair she kinda looks like a dude.
Geez, you need to calm down and get laid.
Funny, no LCD monitor in the bathroom is why I still have a gaming magazine subscription.

Not to mention, people like to obsess over petty things.
Just ignore it for a while, most likely it'll go away.
Then you deal with the persistent problems.
I'm no prude, but if they're not going to use their head, they shouldn't be fucking.
Fortunately, very few women become pregnant when they just use their head.
The Semen washer doesn't sound like a bad job either-
Actually, it sounds like a bad job, it just isn't.
Just like being a packer at a fudge factory.
News for nerds. Stuff that lathers?
Old news for nerds.
Stuff that used to matter.
Ah yes, I'm sure that will prove to be quite the insurmountable obstacle.
We can only hope, that some rogue state does not develop an extended plastic tube that can be used for beverage consumption without the use of hands.
Yes, but my point is that this would be a non-story if it weren't for the internet being involved.
Much like tacking on "in bed" to the end of chinese fortune cookies, media loves an opportunity where they can tack on "on the internet".
The Internet provides you a way of meeting people you would otherwise have no chance of ever meeting/talking to.
So does the highway.
Except blaming the highway is ridiculous.
They waited this long to take pre-orders because they wanted to be sure that they weren't going to get burned like they did for the XBox 360 launch.
Allow me to express some mild scepticism, but I predict shortages and many unfulfilled pre-orders.
but you really didn't care what they were - only that I hadn't stated them.
Exactly. I didn't even ask for the figure, I just said that it's silly to construct an argument while dismissing the reason for the argument.
Thanks for the numbers anyway Dick (Short for Richard I assume).
