Thermal expansion of water/seawater causes a very small increase in volume. Certainly there are things that can cause a large increase in volume (like turning that water into steam) but that is not the case - at all - for thermal expansion. Your assertion is drastically incorrect.

I get what's in it for the poor people and schools but what's in it for the rich people going to crappy schools? Why would anyone do that if there is a better option somewhere else?

What you are advocating (those dang rich people should send their kids to public school like the rest of us!) doesn't make any sense whatsoever. It's like starting a war on jealousy.....it just ain't gonna happen.

  7. How does a country struggling with obesity have a hunger problem? Answer: They don't. Instead, the word "hunger" was redefined to include people who do now know where their next meal is coming from. This is often called food insecurity.

Well, it's horseshit. All of it. By measuring hunger in this manner, they have drastically changed how hunger is measured and they have artificially increased the number of "hungry" people.

Remember that whenever you read these "America is going hungry" articles. Then go visit any populated place and see for yourself how hungry Americans are. Hint: Hungry and starving people don't drive scooters.

However, they do it often enough that it's an obvious bias. Whenever it is a republican, it goes on the front page and the world is told all about it.

The media and the Democratic party are almost one and the same. At best, the media is a propaganda arm of the Democratic party.

Don't believe me? Guess who's back....why it's our old crooked friend Donna Brazile. If you had an ounce of integrity, you would recognize that the very fact Donna is still around after what she pulled is indicative of a deep level of corruption. She's just one example of many.

No, you have it backwards. Money via debt is how the US government PAYS the obligations and promises it is has to pay. Can't meet those liabilities (like pensions, medical care, etc) with tax revenues? Well, then spin up the printing press and print more of those dollars that are owed. Let all the suckers and savers eat cake because now those dollars you are saving/hoarding are worth a lot less. BTW, this is exactly how Zimbabwe and others get into trouble. They have debts so they print their way out of it and in the process, they destroy the "buying power" of their currency. This is well known and well understood economics. The US does this too but not on the scale of Zimbabwe

We have been witnessing this - in real time - for going on 30 years now. The difference is that the US dollar is a world reserve currency so it can handle some large increases in the money supply without causing too much negative effect (so far...). But that is not unlimited and if we continue to add debt to our country in order to pay our bills and promises, eventually those choices will come home to roost.
