    I can't even imagine working at a place where everyone kiss ass all day. And every manager just want employees from their former employer and no one cares for people with skills.

    And the annual salary increase averages .001 percent. While the CEOs and managements keep leaving for billion dollar severance packages. At the same time they are cutting cost over seas?! Wtf, the FBI, CIA, NSA need to turn BOA upside down.

    Here's a link to the history of IBM's processors POWER. This is one of the best sites out there IMHO, and it still seems mighty confusing.

    IBM never had a good history of marketing their processors like Intel and AMD. They fight competition with raw numbers.

    No way. The only thing more uncomfortable than NES controllers was Atari wrist sticks. The NES 2 button wasn't even diagonal at an angle, your wrist really hurts after a while.

    Only thing good was that it was tough as nails. I have never heard someone needing a NES controller replacement. Nowadays controllers are toast after a year.

    Aaaaah.... I too agree on that 3rd world country brain power in a decade or two. Except I am highly convinced from my relatives that U.S highschool kids will learn more online via Internet than the class room.

    I can honestly say highschool was the biggest waste of 4 years of my life. Anyways, Billy Gates get a couple mod pts from me on this subject matter.

    I swear Animes are not suitable for most audiences. The last GREAT Anime I watched, that makes sense for Americans, was BattleAngel and Ninja Scroll. Everything else since has been dragged out episodes.

    Anyone know what market share Websphere really has in relation to say... Apache or IIS. I have seen a number of IBM shops, none of them use Websphere. Is it really just a coincidence.

    Hollywood is dying. Every movie follows the same formula.

    - First 10 minute is some high budget explosive action
    - followed by hours of plot
    - last 15 minute is more high budget explosive action.

    They need to study foreign and independent films some more to get some different ideas.

    Apparently it's ok to favor shipping every other IT job abroad, since IT security folks in corporate america are not part of the security equation.

    Hironobu Sakaguchi does not have the same creative control Shigeru Miyamoto has on Nintendo games. If this guy left, whoopie.

    The FF series peak was at Final Fantasy 7. All the other ones are good but not revolutionary. There are plenty of good RPGs out there to rival it now anyways.

    Auctioning was highly favored during the .com boom era when something can be somehow purchased for 1/10th the price after a company goes out of business.

    I am convinced there is little bargain left on Ebay. I can find cheaper non-auctioning prices of just about everything off walmart and pricewatch. I'd give ebay credit as a good specialty shop to buy rare items, but not as an auction.

    This whole DRM crack thing is taken way out of proportion. For something to be considered copyrightable, it doesn't need a creative edge. It just needs a good lawyer to find a matching case from the past that shows something noncreative was copyrighted.

    That's how all these real criminals are out on cheap 1 week bail. I am not saying this guy with his empty track is a criminal. Just trying to point out the loophole in the legal system.

    Ever since Steve Jobs took over, I have pumped $$$ into iPods, iTunes and accessories. And I have never bought an Apple product before. Tivo or not, I give him alot of credit for the company's success.

    I don't think the graphics industry knows how to manufacture cards in general. The Geforce 6600GT AGP still haven't fully arrived in stores after Oct 2004 reviews. They keep pushing forward, but why?! The $5 fan is the problem, not the 256MB of RAM.
