  1. My XP computer was fucked by WGA on Microsoft Blocks Pirates From Security Essentials Software · · Score: 1

It was in an infinite loop of "you already have a valid licence" and "please enter a valid licence". I googled to no result for a solution, then thought of installing anti-WGA, I even downloaded it. Instead I jumped the gun and installed Ubuntu. After having used it for quite a long time now, I can definitively say it is not user friendly (try changing owner without going in the CLI...). But that is not the point. Now as a normal user I got fucked out of a valid functionning (OEM) PC. So this step of not serving patch or enhancement to "pirate" software can even hurt normal buying user of the software. WGA is not 100% functionning, and that is a fact.

The acceleration they suffer is the same (related to the height) but the movement quantity p=mv is not the same due to the m factor being a magnitude different in all case. So a BETTER comparison would be a matchbox car size, then the same weight but a different toy/substance. For example hard plastic toy will break , whereas plastic flexible toy will not for the same weight. Since it is using different kind of process and substance, you cannot readily say that because of size/weight it will be as shock resistant.
case in point : a glass ball smaller than the car box , and with less weight, has probably even less cahnce to arrive intact from the top of the building than the toy.

You are probably only speaking of writing essay for random subject in "English" lessons. because in my experience in physic, biology, math I saw horrendous grammatic errors made by people in their own language (german, french) that even I not speaking the language would have not made. but their organisation and the clarity to which they explained their reasoning was perfect. I am ready to bet, that some people just overlook the form (grammatic and spelling) and cocnentrate on the content. That does not mean they are disorganized or sloppy. And frankly, in my own little experience with multiple language, people not forgiving the form, are usually those which are not able to grasp the meaning anyway.

If it was 60% rep and 20% dem (or reversed) then the undecided would not matter. And indeed poll CAN influence *SOME* undecided, I have seen it at action in my family. It is anecdotial evidence, but it is enough to say that SOME undecided will be influenced by a poll, about as much as by a fake poll.

The chance of your kid being kidnapped is next to NIL. It has far more chance to be hit by a car, to fall to his death, and other rare incident. Children which disappear (in the US) have two reasons : they get away on their own will, or they are in custodial dispute. Kids getting kidnapped by a stranger are extremely rare (a few hundred per year ? As opposed to many 10's of thousand of children "disappearing" I wish I had saved the FBI statistic web page), and removing forcefully the watch and dropping it somewhere in a hole would not stop them. Actually this would not stop them killing and abusing the child, which as far as I can tell happens relatively quickly from the few incident I remember of. It might help catch the bad guy quicker behind bar that is it. As for abuse, children abuse, as far as I can tell it is not a random stranger you should fear. It is the father, the mother, the uncle / tante, the brother/sister, the cousins and the direct neighbors.
