  2. It seems much more likely that you would be hit by a car because you're listening to headphones while crossing the street, than you are to actually die from strangulation by headphones. If that's the case, then wireless headphones are just as dangerous.

  3. "Keeping most" = "losing some". With public schools already tightly strapped for cash, I don't really see that improving the environment.

    Mission Impossible was a good series. I don't know if it had as large a following as Star Trek, but visual resolution wasn't the problem with the MI shows. It was that same van that they used in every other episode that was painted 7 times and "supposedly" filmed in different "countries"...

    Prime Day is more of an Anniversary of the Creation of Amazon: July 15th. They decided to make an event out of it. Since July 15th this year falls on a Sunday, it was moved to Monday.

    How do you project a cgi image above a theme park where there is no display device? Maybe just make all your visitors wear VR goggles? What's the point of going to the park then?

    Was he actually drinking and driving? If so, fine. But you assume that these videos will actually be reviewed by police and acted upon. It might just be a place for people who feel they have no power to blow off steam. I doubt that the police will go out of their way to arrest a bad driver based on some videos uploaded by a random user. It might be used as evidence to PILE ON other charges if the offender gets arrested for something else.

    I had one of the first, uh, IntelliMice. It was neat because it was optical, and also had a usb to ps/2 adapter. However, the software wasn't always properly supported in all programs, and the cheap logitech optical mice had a better resolution. Now, all my mice are Logitech M325. USB, Optical, and wireless. Also, they don't have an unnecessary glowing LED on them to keep me awake at night.

    There seems to be a trend in America where people start mashing words together. It seemed to start with the Presidency of George W. Bush. Sure, I can understand what they are saying, but it drives my inner grammar nazi crazy!
