    Right now the US Congress is overstepping the limits put in the Constitution, because there is no way to enforce them.

    So if tomorrow they start designating "Titles of Nobility", what will you do about it?

    Suppose you actually understand respect the law instead of putting mocking quotes around literal concepts, and I would think you're actually interested in the answer instead of being a pompous ass.

    Are you seriously looking for enlightenment? Because what you posted shows that you've already reached your conclusion, and you're passing that concept on to us poor unwashed.

    Then you don't understand why they created the law to begin with.

    "The feds did nothing while Arizona saw a running gun battle on one of its main interstate highways. The feds did nothing while drophouses festered by the hundreds in our neighborhoods. The feds did nothing while Phoenix became the kidnapping capital of the country. The feds did nothing as rancher Robert Krentz was murdered on his border-area ranch."

    Things are starting to get violent there, and if you think those "Rich people" will overturn it, who do you think is getting kidnapped?

    It's not "Self destructive behavior", it's competition.

    Maybe Bing will never get good. Maybe Google will turn Dilbertesque and all their best engineers will run to MS. Or maybe they'll start a 3rd company.

    The Tea Party isn't going after Sony because they're not your personal fantasy fulfilling device.

    Sony will get bit by this by Retailers and lawsuits, we already have existing laws and methods for dealing with this.

    You're dealing with issues emotionally instead of logically.

    The atmosphere is less than 200 miles thick, and the chance that a meteorite will skim across that relatively thin layer of atmosphere long enough to be sited along a 700-mile path over multiple states is infinitesimal.

    My bank will apply every charge, then the charge bounces and they'll hit me with a 30$ fee for each bounce.

    They don't check to see if the money is in the account at all.

    No it's not a real party. Any attempts in the past to create a party has been torn to shreds by the Media and other entrenched interests.

    So it's just a big decentralized mob with a goal now. It's been pretty resilient to smears and attacks, unless you wholly depend on mainstream media to get your news.

    There were two "magic science" parts to Sunshine. The first using mythical "String Theory" to explain why the sun was slightly dimmer than usual.

    The second was the bomb used to break the string.

    Everything else was hard science, and pretty cool.
