More importantly than that, it's set to expire in 36 years... Is he really worried that 3 decades from now, someone will be spying on him?
As if it's actually that hard to go Tools -> Internet Options -> Clear Cookies
Lazy whiner, heh...
Hmmm.
After the fiasco with NASA going after the people who stole the moon rocks, maybe the girl can offset the pain of the meteorite strike by selling it on eBay?
Microsoft would not be on that list, because they do have DRM policies which prevent piracy.
I realize you are joking here, but WMA wouldn't be an "enemy" of the RIAA.
There was even a story here earlier
You know... it has the swelling music and the shadows and stuff.
If a diamond ring is good enough for a shadow lady, why isn't it good enough for yours?!;)
Smart: "Bob, can you give me a hand here?"
StupidBob: "Sure"
Smart: "Just grab this expensive looking little pad"
*beep*
Smart: "Okay, thanks."
StupidBob: "Ummm, sure"
And Bob has unwittingly (or dim-wittedly) done a similar thing as picking a poor password. Sure, you might have to be a little less obvious about it, but your security will always be as weak as your stupidest employee who holds power and can be social engineered...
True, he began on a label, but after that, he left to distribute his stuff online. And a number of other groups are doing the same.
It seems unlikely a group will gain "super stardom" solely by online means. But if they make an impact, then go to online distribution, is that any less admirable? I don't think it is...

<WOPR computerized voice> Greetings, Kasparov. Would.. you.. like... to play... a game? </WOPR computerized voice>
You have a number?
I feel ripped off.
I was expecting to talk to someone who just had a letter for a name like 'B' or 'L'.
I'm such a low grade citizen...
Le sigh...
I suppose so, but my comment was pointing out that the usefulness of DiVX usability on a PDA will only truly become worthwhile when you CAN fit more than 1 movie on it.
After all, would you buy an mp3 player that only held 2 songs?
Hmmm. So if my friend gives me a package to deliver to his girlfriend... and I'm going there myself anyhow... and I get it there faster than the USPS would... I'm going to jail?
Hooray for the Official Site for Marklar! *Now* I understand..... um... yeah. heh.
To quote Jay, "That's the stupidest idea since having Greedo shoot first."

I thought you said Geico, not Gecko!
::salesman walks out::
I wonder what it will say when people wearing it flip someone off... :p
So what does this thing print when you look at porn? I'm both scared and highly intrigued at the same time.....
... What more is needed beyond "Vote for me"??
Get a battery with a really long charge on it...
... will you marry me?"
"Oh, it's so beautiful! Look at how it sparkles! Of course I... wait... hey... oh my God.. Aunt Lucy??? Is that you???"
If not, could you use a certain... enlargement? Couldn't we all... after all, SHE will enjoy you more if...
What? You're insulted?
Hey man, just because you don't like my politics, don't claim I'm some "spammer."

Just one possible outcome if this stuff goes any further in this direction.
Gotta love the "Everyone else is wrong... except for us!" route.
Your poor mailbox,
It seemed so large,
Please empty trash.
Uhhh, ok, let me get this straight... the article links to a review for a cooling system.
At the bottom of the "review"/ad, it says one of the Cons was: did not meet my cooling requirements...
So the point of this was what, exactly?
If you are trying to market your product, you might want to actually READ the review first...
... I thought the moon landing was faked! Now we're going to go to Mars?! Why do you people keep rocking my world?!?!!? ;)

* Error in jedi32.dll. This force power has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. *
Later:
"Many Bothans died to bring us this crappy glove..."
... how can you resist the commercials?

then shouldn't the article be comparing RedHat and Windows installs?
If he is only testing with Redhat, it seems unfair to lump all of those installs as "faster" than Windows, based on the performance of only one type.
Just something to think about.
That won't work either...

Kazaa for PDAs?
Only problem is HD size.. if a DIVX movie is huge, seems like you can't fit very much on one small PDA...
