It's ok. The collision detection seemed a little hairy on the speederbike. I wish I had someone to play it with (MP only). Someone set up us a server and post it. I can't find any active servers with A.S.E.
Older sister is on her way home from Heaven, and little Mistress Chief, Goddess of the Multiverse, has misplaced Sister's favorite piece of jewelry! If you ever saw her sister angry, you'd see why it's not easy being a Goddess!
A Hollywood movie actress falls headlong into a spiral of intrigue and murder, after being accused of a crime she didn't commit. Only a heroic hotdog vendor and his faithful cat, Gordon, can save her. Down on their luck at a local lunch counter, they forging ties with the local waitress union, and convincing them to all call in sick on the same day! It's a... COUNTER STRIKE!
Another free proggie I've used in the past is the vOICe.
I'm not blind, but I like to make wierd experimental music, and the vOICe is a neat tool for watermarking, steganography, and just plain general wierdness. It's windows only, though (Sorry, team), so I imagine no extra credit for me!:D
No, no! No offense taken. That's why I addressed my comments in the way that I did. I see what you mean now, about eXeem being useless. I didn't understand your point before. I just figured some ap2p trolls would be along soon enough and tacked that extra bit on there. Peace!
To Lepaca: I don't understand your point, Lepaca. I just used the lite version to dl a nice PDF version of the Kama Sutra. How is eXeem or eXeemLite useless? Why is taking a decent program riddled with spyware (eXeem, KaZaA) and hacking out the spyware (lite versions), therefore improving the base program, not a valid endeavor?
To the anti-p2p crowd: You people make me sick. You know in your heart-of-hearts that there's plenty of legitimate uses for this technology, and yet you still try to paint p2p users with the broad brush of illegality. Go bust the kids trading Brittney tracks! Leave us the tools to easily distribute legitimate large files (Linux distros, Project Gutenberg archives, etc), you dark-minded fucks.
I did. Wish I hadn't forgot to format it "code."
cDc is teh best. Props go out to ALL the cultees for bringing the pain for 20 fucking years! Here's to 20 more fucking years! Ba-dap-bop-ba-baaa, I'm loving it!
It would be a lot better if you rewrote the verse lyrics, too. As it's written, it's just a waste of space. No creativity is displayed at all. Something like:
I've got the hacktitude of a Redmond pro
I've got the legacy devices of a billion sold
I got My Rights Online back, but I don't seem to care
I got the compressed jay-pegs of sex with a mare!
Yes, Stunts was a truly awesome game! Man, oh man, the build-your-own-track feature was incredible for it's time, even if you had to "cheat" to make the really fun tracks.:) Anyone remember that bug where if you land on an obstacle just wrong, you'd fly upwards for thousands of feet? Man, did I burn through some 386/25MHz cycles playing that game!
The one feature I wish they'd add is auto-downloading of maps from MP servers. I love id, but the fact that it doesn't even tell you the FILENAME you're missing when you try to connect to a server is really harsh. I'm hoping the next patch will fix this.
Please, id. Please. This is the one thing really holding back MP player-base expansion. We've been playing the same 5 maps for 3 months now, cause it's such a pain in the ass for clients to use new maps.
A very close associate of mine uses Xantrex's Trace inverters with a system of LP gas generators, solar arrays, and battery banks to provide power to an off-grid site on a barrier island. When the sun shines (a lot of the time) the solar keeps the batteries charged. The inverter powers the camp from the bateries, and if someone plugs in a hair-dryer (or the sun doesn't shine for a few days) the inverter can turn on the generator to boost the juice, and refresh the batteries. The tricky part is regulating the temerature on the batterie bank. If it gets too hot, it'll "boil" the batteries and they won't be for shit until you fill 'em with distilled water and say a prayer.
One of my favorite tricks to pull out when shit hit the fan was the ol' Portable-Hole-placed-into-Bag-of-Holding dimensional rift.:) That always spices up a boring game session.
What other clever tricks have you crowd employed over the years?
From http://aa419.org/content/bandwidth.php:
"Every image on our web site is hosted on a 419er's server."
So when you load their website, it also pulls images from 419-scam sites. Do you understand?
Thanks, gonzo. I reset all my filters and I see 32 servers, 170 players. My bad. Game on!

Coming soon from Bungie Entertainment, HALO!!!

Tip: Fractals make really nice noises.

"Legion."
Only about $6000 if you go buy the cheapest price here.
I'm sure djrok212 could get a nice discount for buying in bulk though.
IANAL, and therefore I wonder, can parties that paid their $699 teabagging fee ask for a refund from SCO, or perhaps sue them to get it back?

I'm gonna check it out, anyways.

I agree with this post.
Be aware, there's some sort of Java bug with the application update mechanism. There is a bit of a thread here.

**BA-BOOOM**
Nice press release.
(I'm not affiliated with Xantrex.)
For the best inverters I know of, use Xantrex.
Get a bank of 12V batteries, like marine, or car batteries, and run it through something like this, or pop for the integrated solution like this.
Also take a look at those neat solar arrays.
A very close associate of mine uses Xantrex's Trace inverters with a system of LP gas generators, solar arrays, and battery banks to provide power to an off-grid site on a barrier island. Here's the first example I googled up:

Wow. Just... wow. Thanks, AC.

The Doom 3 SDK comes with about half the source code, according to this page.
