The two biggest problems with marijuana use are accidents caused, vehicle or otherwise, and addiction/habituation. This comes from a gross misunderstanding of how chemical dependance works.
I do support a reform of drug policy but there is no need to make up lies and stretch the facts to support my reasons for this. Marijuana is a dangerous and illegal drug. The illegal part is something we can change, the dangerous is not.
Face the facts, we are better of without anyone using marijuana, or alcohol, or any dangerous drug. This will NEVER happen of course so we are really hurting ourselves by thinking we can prosecute our problem away.

Becuase there is a possability he carried it when he has children and his grandchildren COULD have it. There is no way to test them. This is exactly what is going on here. It would be really satisfying to cut off people's heads in public who cut you off in traffic. It would be really satisfying to enslave criminals to work for you that cost you time and money.

Just like a police state WILL make people safer, some people safer that is. A Police absolutly WILL make anyone safer who either does not speak out or is actually not the enemy. Even though overall MORE people would be safe in a police state you have to weight the losses to the gains. I believe someone that loses their own home and property to a commercial developer counts for 100 people that are slightly improved economically. The small gains to everyone do not weight the huge loss to some.
The war time government of Japan was not any better than Nazi Germany if you where Chinese or Korean.
Becuase you all know how well The USA treated its own citizens of Japenses decent during the war. And fire bombing/nuclear bombing of Japan and carpet bombing of germany is ok. Think about this; if Google suddenly ceased to exist would our lives be much different?
