I can see a problem here that flicking over the posts I can't see raised and that this:
Most internet services are provided by companies who are in some way linked to telcom companies or provide thier own telcom themselves.
Examples:
- adsl/dsl's? - cable; Telewest broadband offer phonelines pretty much same rate as BT
Does anyone know of a way to get internet access on its own without buying from a cable company who would prefer to sell you a phoneline too? - in the UK...

Put the muscians on display?
;D
I used to love looking down into those pits they put them in when I was a kid. Mind you, the computer sounds nearly as good
while you still can;
for the ability to resell!
Anyone know how much it costs to build a machine that runs it well?
... that runs it? (I'm on a gf2mx,1ghz; boohoo)
Ok, then
From a money point of view Mozilla.
For everything else, Amaya.
The game linked to in the story was on British TV. Can't remember the name of the gameshow.
Also, does anyone remember the virtual reality WW1 flying game featuring an italian mad man in the seat behind you shouting
"He's a getting away!"
? What was the name of that thing ?
There used to be one in Bournemouth Tower Park Bowling.
I used to love those VR things, much what arcades should be about - hardware too expensive for the individual to buy.
ps, seen the other odd inputs such as the sword, weight mat, skateboards, surfboards and other crazy stuff.
Wish there was an arcade if knew of that had some nice VR. Maybe internet cafe's should do it?
So things like Windows Media Player and iExplorer are removed.... or increased I wonder :)
Used to require the VideoToaster board. Originally retailed at ~2500. I think it was Zorro based and intended for A4000/A3000.
Anyone had any success googling for UK VoIP gateways and providers?
It doesn't seem to be too well known here and I'm not sure why since we pay the most. It could be a legal thing not yet delt with by Ofcom.

Very nice. Perhaps this is intentional.
A very interesting move. Is it just a technological decision or more?
Wow, even after retiring it still applies.
It even applies to cadets!
Does anyone know the name given to the UK version of the UCMJ?
Anyone know where I can view the contract for various armed services; UK, US?
I've always wondered what rights you have / don't when signing up.
drop all this reason and argument and just say:
... split and generally encourage the smaller players
"You're doing too good and that's damaging the economy."
his book is excellent, and a way to contact:

- Put the noisy thing in a cubboard

How exactly do I write something original?
I'm sure there's some sort of union for pooling defense but I can't remember the details.
I do know that if one member gets attacked then the other aid them.
With the number of OSS projects out there even if each member contributed a minimal amount as insurance against thier code it would worthwhile.
I think I might be getting confused with a legal service from the GNU or something?
14" VGA monitor that takes 20mins to warm up, though this time is decreased with vertical encouragement. Used all the time to:
...but the website it serves totally hides this.
:p
- check freenode via bitchx
- config router
I'd love to show a pic, especially alongside the router with no case as it's laughable
In fact all my monitors are old - 15" at best and CRT
But... they don't lose pixels and are faily bomb proof!
and post hard copies in locations slashdotter's suggest
Next time I review a game, or read a review I'll have to take note of the addictiveness rated.
Like chocolate there are drawbacks to gaming
We have ours in landfill at the present. Bit of a biohazard?
A very good idea. I'd like to the same for .uk
.co.uk ...
Unfortunately AFAIK the problem over here is worse, I'm not even sure how to register a foo.uk domain rather than the usual
Hope we can figure something out
You can cut down win98 a heck of a lot:
:)
I can't see a way to do this quite so well with WinNT/2k/XP without buying an Xbox
It's useful because you can double-boot with your linux and keep Win98 cut down just for games or whatever.
