Maxis, one of the most heartbreaking buyouts to me.
I really loved the Sim games, not The Sims, but SimCity, SimTower, SimAnt, SimFarm, SimCopter, SimIsle, etc.
What I wouldn't give for a new SimAnt or SimCopter.
Just for shits and giggles I opened 40 tabs in Konqueror. Shows memory usage at 356MiB.
Whereas my Opera window with 4 tabs open is at 334MiB.
Anyone know what sites they test it with? Cause I'd like to see a fair comparison.
HP announced they were open sourcing it last month, which it says in the summary.
It doesn't explain well that HP today laid out their plans, with release dates, for a complete open source webOS.
As well as released the Enyo framework, across multiple platforms. Already seeing apps running in browsers and on Android based on it.
Today is the actual start of them opening up the source on things.
http://precentral.net/ - Multiple articles up today detailing everything that was released today.
It took me half a day to level from 80 - 85 when Cataclysm launched. It was me questing, only stopping to empty bags when they were full. I quested by myself, without anyone's help, and without Bind to Account gear.

Windows 95 Turns 15

Yes, but OS/2 was still way better than Win95. Win95 was 32-bit "OS" bolted on DOS. OS/2 was 32-bit from the ground up. The Windows of today has more in common with OS/2 than it has with Windows 95.
Not all come with discs for a single model computer. Many of the iMacs I've worked with do. However, my old PowerMac G3 came with an actual normal OS Install disc, as did my girlfriend's Macbook Pro.
My Pre is running the latest 1.4.1.1 WebOS version. I tried their "exploits" on it, it did nothing, had no affect on it. In the video they're running an outdated version of WebOS, 1.3.5.
WebOS will download updates OTA automatically, and install them if you don't do it after a certain number of days. To me, the likeliness of these still being issues is close to null and void.
Then you must have the unlimited plan, which isn't offered any more. Whatever you do, do not make any changes to that plan, if you do, it'll get changed from Unlimited to 5GB limit.
Actually, from working in support for these kinds of service, I can say using it in a Mobile Home sucks badly. The signal in them just drops like Windows 98 trying to access c:\con\con
My Logitech V450 Nano Laser Mouse works very well.

I've been using it for going on 3 months now, and haven't had to change the batteries yet. It runs on 2 AA. Battery meter in their optional software says it's still at 85%. I play several hours of WoW every day when I get off work, plus use it for several hours playing Call of Duty 4 each week.
It responds really well, better than my previous usb wired mouse I had.
Smartphone and Tethering are not provisioned the same. Tethering has it's own access point. If it's not provisioned on the plan, then you wouldn't be able to connect properly.
The tethering plans are now $59.99 for 5GB. There are two other low usage plans, but aren't worth mentioning.
At least that's how it is at AT&T, where I work.
Why won't they let you turn off that stupid search in krunner so you can actually use the damn thing with out having to wait for it to catch up to your typing?
There's a good one my friend's and I used to go to all the time, in Ann Arbor Michigan, called Pinball Petes. Has lots of pinball machines, and arcade machines, including Guitar Freaks and Drummania linked together. Plus, pool and air hockey machines. I'm guessing it does well being right next to the University of Michigan.
I refuse to buy any game for computer that wants me to install that Games for Windows Live. I own all the other GTA games for computer, but from the looks of it, if it's going that road, I won't be buying any more.
I'm only 26, I remember playing with jumpers and dip switches. I remember playing around with my amazing black and white logitech hand held scanner. Heck, I remember when Norton Utilities actually worked.

I hope it would have more in common, the Windows of today was born from Microsoft's work developing OS/2 version 3. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_NT#Development

Nope, it was on my C64.

You forgot the very first Apollo where the crew was killed before they could ever launch. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apollo_1

Worked fine on mine, after I installed the GNU bin utilities for Dos.
Netpad is a device by Psion, I'm sure they probably have that one trademarked as well.

You missed Windows XP 64-Bit Edition, which is the version for Itanium processors.

Not sure about you, but I play my Atari VCS.
There was an Office 98, for Macintosh. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microsoft_Office_98_Macintosh_Edition
I've been using Slackware since version 4. Everytime someone tells me they want to learn Linux I pull out my Slackware discs.
