now this may be different to usa but I live in uk and had this issue alot instead I'd get charged £1 and it got charged on most apps since most don't charge in my local currency so often would end up paying more to the bank than to the actual game developer, this is soemthing i truely believe google needs to fix as ios does not do this but anyway what i did was get myself a pre paid master card and that does not charge the £1 fee I think only a 2% transaction charge or something which is hardly anything certainly alot better than £1 an app. It also has the added beenfit of being limited so worst case scenario you lose your phone/tablet no one can just go buy crazy loads of apps on you, I know on soem phoens the app store can be password protected but its not on android 3.0 tablets and it also stops you accidently clicking one fo them stupid in app purchases for £50.

thats a speciel edition of the game, so no wonder it costs more.
hmmm iphone was not the first touch screen phone you can get and they never invented apps there was apps tores onother phones before it they just tended to be expensive and not have alot on them.
You know its not true not everyone in taiwan thinks they are chinese, some do think of themselves as taiwanese never mind there is abroginal groups there who don't identify with china at all.

I can afford an ipad but I bought an android 3.1 tablet on purpose because its better, most people I know now prefer android over ios. you can;t even download thinsg and save them to the ipad using the native browser its a piece of junk.
orange in the uk use a delivery company called dpd that do this except instead of sending you an email they send you a txt message to your phone although I guess back end of working it out may be very different. while this is in uk and not usa I bets oemthing similar already exists over there.

my computer atw ork takes forever to boot, its not just the act of booting windows either its all the other programs that you have to load (and hope it actually works first time) before you cana ctually start doing your job, which in my case is call center related.

I do tend to leave my pc running overnight when I leave work (lukcily have this option due to mys hift but most don't since there pc will be used by another person after them) but its actually against company policy to leave your pc running and I hate to think how much power it wastes.
The thing is in my place you can only sign/clock in to the systems when you are rdy to start taking calls why they will pay you for your scehduled hours no matter what you do get marked down for none aderhence if you are not doing your job between hours your employed. This affects your bonus you get from company and I suppose could also get you sacked if it happend all the time.
They specifically tell you to come in 10-15 minutes early to boot up.
I suppose in theory you should get paid for it, but to be honest its probably wise your at work 10-15 minutes early anyway to grab a coffee ect, to make sure your fresh to actually do your job. I suppose its one of them things you just have to live with like having to travel to work if you just accept itspart of your job you won't get annoyed by it, if you think your normal pay is not sufficient to cover this 15 odd minutes then you can always leave to find new employment. The system that they have employed is probably about fair overallwithout bringing in extra systems and checks lots of people do extra work they are't paid for most more than 15 minutes a day.
I was a petty criminal when growing up and I know a full dna sample prolly would have caught me out alot and made me stop as it would have allot of people around me.

I now use it again as it has fixed these holes but no doubt they will work on trying to find more holes.

I'm sure you could find someone to sell you 10000 computers with linix preinstalled if one company does'nt do it for you, don't bitch and mona about competition when there are thousands of pc vendors out there who would love your business and give you what you want, if a company is'nt selling what you want its probably because not enopugh people want it, and if they do like you, they're not demanding it.
