a window receives only those events that are in it's 'event_mask'. this mask can be changed on the fly by calling XChangeWindowAttributes().

remembering those everlasting battles with rpm and rpm-packages I encourage EVERYONE to try apt. It's just much much more better (for average AND l33t users).
actually the problem is that proxies can store whatever they want, there is no 'rules' for them to obey. whatever meta-tags you write in html-header, most proxies cache pages and images anyway.
I really really hope that they are not going to make a 3d-game out of this. The original Fallout style 'isometric/fake-3d' would be much better. Or if they really must have 3d-graphics, maybe 'neverwinter nights'-style would be nice...

sure, especially with p2p progs. actually I do not remember seeing porn almost at all with traditional warezing, ftp-sites were for apps and games and nowadays also for divx/dvd movies.
mozilla tabs have one very stupid problem. if i click a new tab with middle mouse, and then start to fill up some form on the page i still am (another is loading in another tab) focus is suddenly moved to another form on another tab (when the other page has finished loading) and all the text i am writing goes there, i don't like at all.
rosetta translation tool is nice, go and try it.
Well, good thing is that they did not choose Twm. Blackbox is more modern!

yes.
hmm okay then, but somehow it seems quite strange to have machine capable of running HL2 and such modem ...
"... on my 26k dialup."
uh huh I'd say that that's not very good comment. It's the same that someone would complain how the game won't run on 286.
"There are more new books being published about PHP than you can shake a joystick at."
I wouldn't be so sure after a 1000m run in 'Track & Field 2'.
i know there is a rfc, but they don't have to 'obey' it. it's the same thing with routers ...

this will make the 'lava surfing with lightsabres' cheaper for lucas! they can start practising already!
yeah I meant wrench! well some tool anyway?!? :)
I loved this game ... but then again I hated the lack of bullets, it was quite much just hacking computer terminals and smashing zombies with axe :)

yes, I can see the members of the British social elite wondering : "Where the hell is this Nigeria anyway?!"

mm yep but 'frozen bubble' is a port of 'puzzle bobble' which has been years available for the gba.

but client-server apps are not the same thing. i am sure that downloading pirate-sw has increased very very much when p2p came around.
>Also, crap is relative.
but note also that crap is good.
n*million flies and bugs cannot be wrong.
mmm but who needs java when there are lots of 3rd party c++ api:s to write gba-games? I bet there will be even more api:s when SP comes out...

we can make 3d-java-mobile-games!
(runs away)
hmm, hidden surface removal is quite old thing, I guess every 3d-engine has it already.
