but seriously your comparing apples and oranges. We're talking TV and radio. Where people go not to think. Like any business, they want to make a profit. OK, monopolies are bad, you heard it here first. But if the music industry makes oodles of money playing posers who are acting punk, and TV is making money showing when good babies go bad, well thats their proggative. If people dont like it, then they wont respond.
Is it bad that they are buying all the radio stations. Maybe. I mean, lack of compitition sucks, and leads to no innovation, which is the true problem.

you know, if mozilla is so bloated why does it work so well on my system. Another note is how does it really hurt mozilla. I mean, look at IE. Talk about bloated. Even moreso why would not having to be default hurt mozilla on the apple platform. It dosent come with any windows platform, yet I run it on all my windows PC's.
what i really want to know, is why does anyone have the right to tell me that I cant have a big ol un fuel efficent SUV. Isnt that my right. And if that is my right, why am I any different than a geo metro owner? Isnt this America where I have the same rights as anyone else? Furthermore, I pay taxes for the roads, therefore I should be able to use them as much as I want to. But I am no different from any one else. Its my right to be free, and its my right to own a SUV if I want to. Why should I be punished for owning a SUV? I dunno, the whole SUV's are evil argument just annoys me, becuase its bigoted towards people who OWN something different than economy cars. Man it annoys me. This is america, where we should be able to do anything lawful we want. sigh.

If that seems either insightful or funny to you, go try creating some documents on a typewriter. Personally, I'd prefer a word processor with a lousy, cluttered UI, an annoying paperclip that keeps batting its eyelashes at me and a habit of crashing every two minutes over a typewriter any day.
