    Geez, I know what you mean. I get so pissed off when I see my CPU time being used just sitting at 0 with ZoneAlarm running. It's a huge pain in the ass.

    how will a known security vunerability be fixed on a "stripped" version of 2K or NT in an ATM, and how long do you think it will take them to impliment these updates, if they can update them at all?

    Right, because ATM's will be listening on port 135 by default, so they'll need a blaster patch. Get a clue man. You're talking like they're gonna take an average home computer and hook it up to an assload of money. That really makes sense.

    I agree that all mathematics already exists and really can't be "invented". But it's not necessarily true that all algorithms are discoveries of abstract mathematics. Google's is one of many algorithms that's pretty much formulated on its own math.

    Hopefully you've read what you wrote by now and realized how stupid of a comment that was. Gravity was a discovery becuase it already existed. Algorithms are invented. I don't know about you, but I haven't seen any algorithms on the side of the road when I drive to work.

    Besides, most inventions were found by accident, that doesn't make them discoveries.

    You are exactly right, however, by using the word "web document" everywhere, I think they've bypassed clearcase as being prior art. Although it could easily be used to manage a website.

    Firstly, this service has been available since Jan 15th. They're trial running it on 2 flights a day until April 15th:

    LH418 - Frankfurt to Dulles (departs 1:10pm local time)
    LH419 - Dulles to Frankfurt (departs 5:55pm local time)

    Also, starting tomorrow, British Air will have a 90-day demo on 2 flights between Heathrow and JFK:

    BA175 - London to JFK (departs 11:00am local time)
    BA112 - JFK to London (departs 6:30pm local time)
