"The HP LaserJet printer experiences increasing multiple feeds toward the end of warranty or service life. The separation pad installer provides a one-time solution to the issue of multi-feeds and paper jams caused by the hardening of the old pad."
check out this and order the neat fix-tool. yeah, its free.. good to see some responsability taken!
Yeah, but that only means you should run windows update with the administrator account. It doesn't mean that IE needs to run with full access when a normal user is just browsing the web.
I think the way too good webdesign starts with sitting down and figuring out exactly what the purpose of the site is. The Don't Make Me Think road might work in some cases, but if you're starting up a new webdesign company, that's hardly the way to go. Sure, alot of people are stupid or hasn't used the web that much (same thing:) but is it those people that will pay you lots and lots of money to make cool and innovating websites? Hardly. Maybe these people are exactly the customers you want if you're selling dog-food or whatever. Point is: you have to know exactly what the purpose of your site is, why it exists, what kind of people should be able to navigate it. Only when you've straighten that out can you start making good webdesign.
Let me just tell you how amazing Threewave CTF was for Quake 1. IT WAS THE BOMB. Binding the right mouse button to alternate Rocketlauncher and Grappling hook was the key to success;) Oh those were the days...
Computers bought with Windows XP preinstalled should have the offer of being recalled to have the patch applied
Recalled to who? The system builder? The OEM system builders are already forced to take on alot of responsability and support for Micro$oft products. Customers buying preinstalled XP are required to turn to their system builder for support, that's part of the agreement every system builder have to accept to get to sell MS OS. Im just sick of the crap we system builders have to take... the operating system is very important to the customers impression of the computer - it's all they see apart from the case and monitor etc. Micro$oft needs to take alot more responsability for their products.
jesus christ... talk about expert karma wh0ring.

Not that I would want to sit and write trainers for profit or anything but I _can_ see the attraction of reverse engineering.
I can imagine a it's quite a thrilling experience not to mension the ego trip you'd get when you finally can fully control the game/program/whatever you're messing with. I can only relate to the feeling I got from when I "reverse engineered" someones "encrypted" TCL/ircbot and owned the his botnet. WOHOOO (I've matured alot since then of course:)
Bottom line - reverse engineering is cool and attractive.
...but sometimes I fantasize about someone writing a really really mean, evil microsoft virus from hell so people understand what's really at stake here. I mean we're talking billions of billions of billions of billions......of billions of money!

They feel a little thirsty and go "Oh shit, now I've got diabetes."
