Exactly. Censorship in any form is a bad idea. The answer to speech you don't agree with is more speech. Either your beliefs can stand up to scrutiny or they can't. You're better off hearing people who disagree with you so you can know whether you're right or just a kook.
When I hear about somebody trying to silence their opposition, I wonder why they're so insecure about their beliefs.
Forget the pie-in-the-sky delivery drones. Amazon needs to hire better drivers and more of them. Their drivers don't seem to be in any kind of hurry. I'd be happy if they'd hire drivers who could read! Right now I would rank them just a tad below FedEx drivers, but nowhere near as good as UPS drivers.
All delivery drones (of any kind) will do is make it easier for porch pirates to know which houses are getting the deliveries. Arrrr, matey, follow that drone!
I have both and the FireTV has a much better interface. It's quicker and smoother. I have the Roku for just a couple of things that FireTV doesn't have. The FireTV is also a good little gaming machine, not as good as a dedicated game system, but all I need.
Is that a polite way of saying illegal immigrants are bringing diseases into the US? Almost none of them have ever been vaccinated and many crossing the border are already sick. Measles are just one disease that we had nearly eliminated that are coming back now. Coincidence?
Don't be so hard on them. All they want is a government-enforced utopia. They know we're all to lazy and irresponsible to create a utopia on our own. Just do what the government tells you. It's all for your own good.
Lots of companies use gmail. How is this change going to affect the requirement that companies keep archives of their received and sent email? The "active" part of the email will surely change over time.
I compare coding to writing. Sure, any educated person can write, but only a few will be able to make a living by writing. Any educated person can be taught to code, but only a few will be able to do it well enough to make a living doing it.
Coding is apparently both a talent and a skill, just as with writing. The skill comes from training, but the talent comes naturally.
Disclaimer: My coding skills are near non-existent.
"Quit making two of the three (and, by the action of this, the third) most powerful segments of the federal government represented by state rule"
No, you're wrong. Originally even the Senators were chosen by the state legislatures. The way it's supposed to work is that the House represents the people and the Senate represents the states.
The 17th Amendment changed that on April 8, 1913, and the country has suffered since then because the states have no representation in Washington. Ever wonder why your state taxes are so high? Look up "unfunded mandates".
The states created this union and this government. The states should have a say in how it's run.
Yeah, I've had pretty good luck buying Amazon Basics. One day I may find a bad product, but that day hasn't come yet. The Amazon Basics shower curtain I bought a year ago is one of the best I've ever owned.
Right before it was going to report the answer, Windows 10 decided it was time for an update. Once installed, the update broke all audio output. Now we'll never know!
Your lab grown chicken and the commercially raised chicken cannot hold a candle to the chicken you raise in your own backyard. Chickens growing at the normal rate for chickens, and eating stuff that chickens normally eat, make for the best tasting chicken possible. If you've never tasted REAL chicken, I feel sorry for you.
Here in Alabama yesterday morning, I stopped behind a school bus that was picking up children at 6:08. Pitch black dark in a rural area, and it wouldn't be daylight for nearly another hour. I think it's actually safer in a way because you can see the red flashing lights on the bus a whole lot better and from further away.
Sunrise today is at 6:59. I start work at 7:30 and it's daylight by then. I'm lucky though. On most of my jobs I can vary my start time to match the daylight.
We can go to year round DST, but I guarantee that some of you won't like it. You can't please everybody because people have different work schedules. Not everybody works 9 to 5.
Or we could do it the way the Romans did a couple of thousand years ago and just vary the length of the hours themselves. Anybody for longer and shorter hours?:)

In short, not ready for prime time.
"Isn't it time TO SUE THE TELLY COMPANIES????"
I'm sorry. I first read that as: Isn't it time TO SUE THE TELLY TUBBIES????
My Shop Vac doesn't have a light, but I fear that shooting it through an extremely intense electromagnetic field will void the warranty.
Well, sewer is a utility and it doesn't come through a pipe (unless you have a serious backup). It generally goes OUT a pipe.

And kiss all of your hard-won freedoms goodbye.
Data? No, I'd like to see him sitting atop a sharpened pole.

It sounds like he should have had an anti-Instagram vaccine.
Yes, but compared to the rest of the universe, it's practically right next door!
Though it is a bit further than I'd want to commute to and from work.
I'm so paranoid about my security, even I don't know what my numbers are!

Not a guaranteed death, but if you keep telling me what to eat, you may be risking an early death.

Next they'll be saying that it's the trees swaying back and forth that causes wind to blow.
Just keep your guide dog and be happy.
