If he's calling from a relatively small number of real phone numbers, calling every 90 seconds would mean he'd just get blocked faster. He'd run out of numbers to call from in no time at all. Don't you think members of the FCC have callerID and will block crank calls in a heartbeat?
I'm wondering how many numbers John Oliver has to call from, because if it's just a small number, the people he's calling will simply block those numbers and his little stunt will end rather quickly. That is, unless he's using VOIP and spoofing the callerID. Then he's guilty of a real crime, and he's already admitted his guilt in public. What a dunce!
It doesn't work that way. Young people aren't stupid. They can see the injustice done to a classmate and sometimes it will affect them in a negative way. Zero tolerance is the system's way of shifting responsibility from individual teachers or administrators to a nameless, faceless, inanimate rule book. "You can't blame me; I was just following the rules (orders)." Yeah, sure, like we haven't heard that one before.
Not all old people are so easy to fool. I'm 66 now and I didn't get fooled into installing Win 10. Don't paint with such a broad brush. There are a lot of people over 60 who know more than you do.
In fact, my guess is that most of the Win 7 users who were tricked were between 20 and 40. Lots of younger people use computers, but only a few actually know how they work.
Businesses, at least those that advertise, absolutely love facebook. Seems that most ads end with, "Like us on facebook!" Which, of course, gives me just one more reason to dislike them and not do business with them.*
If we can somehow get businesses to stop their facebook habit, then we could finally see the end of it.
*If they're that unconcerned about their own privacy, then how could I ever trust them with mine?
The subscription model has a fatal flaw, but Amazon likes it. If you subscribe to buy a product on a regular basis, the price can go way high between one purchase and the next. I've read too many horror stories about people getting a nasty surprise when the cost of their toilet paper or laundry detergent nearly doubled.
That was my thought. With mice getting infrared vision, cats will demand radar vision and dogs will want to fly. Next thing you know sharks will have lasers!
"No, he said Jr. was in the room, went around his desk, and said what he testified."
Read it again. Jr. told Trump the meeting was on. He didn't say which meeting or anything like that. Do you think that Trump had only ONE meeting that year?!? Cohen *assumed* they were talking about the meeting with the Russians. Assumptions are not evidence.
How "elderly" are you talking about? I'm 66 and I know enough to stay the hell away from Windows 10. I don't want malware on anything I build. Thanks, but no thanks, Microsoft.
The people I know who are older than I am generally don't use computers anyway. They use phones for nearly everything now.
I do pay my utility bills online, but not through each utility's individual website. They all want people to do that, but I don't need more usernames and passwords to keep up with. I pay through my bank's website.
The only utility that knows my email address is the cable company that is also my isp, and that email address is the one they provide and I don't use.
If you shop online, use a re-loadable debit card - balance up, balance zero. Most banks will provide one, check and see if yours does.
And how far have you ever traveled from home? Ten miles? Maybe fifty miles? The world is a LOT bigger than that, and most of it doesn't have subways or mass transportation. You need to get out more and broaden your horizons.
People like you are part of the problem. You look outside your window and you think the whole planet looks just like that. City life is such a sad thing.
Maybe Rani sometimes identifies as a woman? There's a lot of nonsense going on out there and it seems to be getting worse. Only total war and many deaths will solve the problem.
Nearly all prescription medicine is poison in some way. It all depends on the dosage. We've gotten to the point where doctors are prescribing medicine to counteract the side-effects of the first prescription!
I had an issue with statins. First, they weren't needed at all. My doctor was in a rush to write something even though my cholesterol wasn't high enough to warrant writing a prescription. Then, after taking the damned stuff for about six months, my muscles were hurting so bad that I to be taken off of them. Hey doc, isn't my heart a muscle, too? Can you say, "First, do no harm"? Needless to say I changed doctors to one who actually cares about his patients.
They'll tell you that muscle pain is a rare side-effect of taking statins. Don't believe it. Everybody I've ever known who took them has had muscle pain. And they're still being prescribed and sold every day! I'll believe all the hoopla about supplements when they get serious about taking statins off the market, too.
My cholesterol is perfectly normal now. A combination of exercise and eating right has been the RIGHT medicine.

It is airworthy, at least for a few minutes!

You left out the postal service. If they had used the postal service, the stones would have been stolen or thrown away halfway there.

Hey, I have trees in my yard! Do you?
I heard that it crashed in a cemetery. They had recovered over a hundred bodies so far.
There's no way to compare the two. You'll never smell the delicious smell of roasting beef in Delhi.
I KNOW the particulate levels rise when I'm cooking. I like those particulates!! Maybe those vegan researchers in Colorado don't, but fuck them.
I hope no tax money went towards this "research".
Either learn to spell or use spellcheck. Your lack of education is showing.
Just glue it!

The burning question is what did Stimpy think about it?
But I deleted Windows to save my sanity.
Instead of 1 2 3 4 5, it will now be 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0
There were several of the women I'd like to see more of, if you know what I mean.
Strictly for research purposes of course!
Californians are already leaving or plan to leave.

Just don't move to my state and fuck things up like you did back home!!
