You seem to have forgotten that if you go after a company, you'll probably lose, and you'll have to pay a lot of money in legal fees to fight them, which they can afford easily compared to you.
This is exactly why the RIAA (who has lots of money) can go after students (who have to settle because they can't pay to fight it)
if it crashed once every 20 days, wouldn't it take a while to learn it takes a long time? and wouldn't it not seem like a big deal to report it if it only happened every 20 days?
"Only slightly more than half correctly identified the definition of megahertz - a measurement of how many times a part of the processor, called the clock, ticks every millionth of a second."
Megahertz doesn't only apply to microprocessor control clocks, it merely means 1 million cycles per second. This could be used to describe atoms, radio, or anything else that cycles really quickly.
You're safer with BitTorrent than KaZaa (for example)because with Kazaa, they know everything you've downloaded if it's still in your shared folder. With BitTorrent, they can't tell a one time downloader from someone who has downloaded thousands of files.
Maybe if the drivers were better, more games would be released on Linux.
More people might play games on Linux if the performance was higher, which leads to developers seeing an interest in Linux ports or more money going to WineX.
"OTOH a mobo supporting even 4GB of RAM could cost over $2000, and it's likely a proprietary design."

because after spending a whole day telling people to reboot their router, they know exactly how long it takes
Rambus isn't made for low latency, it's meant to be high bandwidth, maybe you'd be better off with some low latency DDR?
Sealand has no copyright laws
