There's these little things called priorities. There are much more important things for police officers to be doing then busting pirates and writing speeding tickets. Deal with the violent crimes like rape and murder first, then get on to the other lesser crimes.
Can you tell me why it is only 25% of all murders are EVER solved? Despite what COPS tv show might make you think more often then not the police don't get their man.
