That's precisely like me. I write and eat with my left hand, but everything else I do with my right hand, mostly because I simply can't do it with the left.

Plus, it makes life a bit easier that I didn't have to hunt down a leftie bass guitar. I still snap pencil leads like there's no tomorrow, though :(

I play a lot of new games, but until yesterday, I was still using my 2½ year old Geforce4 Ti4200, and was doing great. I bought an FX5900XT to replace it (mostly because of Doom3), and I am quite convinced that this card will give me at least another 2½ years of use, which I consider very acceptable for a US$220 graphics card (which is also what my Ti4200 cost when I bought it).

You need a larger vehicle for the things you do, and that's fine. You have a legitimate need, although a stationcar from Volvo or Audi could probably handle your needs while still not posing a greater threat to other people than a normal car.

Unnecessary use of large vehicles (by this I mean the majority of SUVs) is a danger to other trafficants. So, to set a good example, you should really consider if you really need that SUV, or if a slightly smaller and more 'friendly' car could handle your needs.

I know that Gnome complains a bit when stuff is not Unicode, but properly set LC_ variables smooth out a lot of problems. Apps like Rox that only support UTF-8 are a pain in the ass, though. It's probably the only reason I'm still using Konqueror, since I refuse to move my system to Unicode before it's properly supported in all the apps I use.

I took the heatsink off and to my suprise the CPU came out too! The thermal grease basically glued it to the heatsink, so I had to take a flat head screwdriver and pry it off. It went flying a bit, bent a pin or two, I fixed them, put it back together, and walla it worked!

A similar thing happened to me, when I was transferring my almost brand-new 2.6Ghz P4 from a full-size ATX MB to a SFF MB (Soltek Qbic barebone). As I removed the heatsink, I found it to be sorta stuck, so I, in my mad dash to get the machine up and running, pulled a little harder on the heatsink, and suddenly, it comes loose.

But the socket was strangely empty, and right there on the heatsink is the CPU, almost glued stuck by the stock P4 thermal pad. After prying it off carefully and installing everything, it still worked fine.
