Wings has no real renderer and no animation capabilities, and it doesn't allow you the same freedom as other modellers. You have to use a bad hack to kill off individual polygons in the models you create.

People who follow this game would know that Rockstar has promised a 'big secret' that we would all love hidden inside the game that had yet to be revealed.
I have to wonder if this was it, and there is a way to access it programatically through normal play, perhaps if you achieve 100% in everything, or achieved some other goal.

We have the horsepower to handle it, so why not? The Windows GUI hasn't changed much in over ten years.
Odd that the title bar close/maximize/minimize buttons don't share a consistant look between the different windows.
