Ben Shapiro isn't actually a young guy, he just looks that way since he spent much of his burgeoning maturity in the cramped confines of a school locker.

Starcraft II isn't so limited and faster doesn't necessarily mean better. The best macro usually wins and macro has the strategy element of needing to plan ahead and time things out cleanly.

I don't like Bill Gates for what he did, but I sometimes wonder if I'm just a spoiled rich (comparatively) American. Bill Gates was kind of a Robin Hood type: he stole from the rich (the technology market) and gave to the poor (countries without plumbing). I guess the real losers are us, we'll never know how much more technology would have advanced or how much healthier the market would be if there was more competition. Some people say Gates united the fragmentation in IT, that's like calling Genghis Khan a nation builder.

  20. Elite: Dangerous might scratch your descent itch, it's a really well done VR game although the game feels unfinished and lacks content. There are lots of fun games, I'm into the counterstrike clone with realistic weapon reloading, there's also lots of wave shooters like the good Serious Sam game. A lot of fun and whacky experiences. A lot of the games are rushed to market since this is such a new area, which means they don't have great graphics, which means they'll run on your older system :)

What's the problem? Sure it's bad content, but I don't submit Slashdot articles when Jake Paul uploads. The truth is that some people like it and would rather be read the news rather than read it themselves. Maybe other AI researchers are seeing what these bots can do. The worst case scenario is that all of the bots' views are from other bots in which case the view bots are the still the real problem here, not the fact that the videos are being made.
