The only reason that streaming services haven't completely phased out Blu-rays is the fact that a majority of the consumers don't have a fast and reliable Internet connection.
Also the fact that Netflix and Vudu is only available in the USA. The rest of the world still rely on physical media.
After passing the problem through marketing, designers and handing it over to the project manager, who in return ordered a project leader, I can confirm your problem is solved. You will now be able to use the keyboard on your mobile to enter text on your computer.
I had the same problem with some of those "product news" type emails. What I do is go to their website and get their sales email, send a test email to it, just to check for auto responders. Then, create a forwarding rule to forward all their email they send me, to their sales department email (making sure to exclude any auto responders) and delete the original email. Gives you a warm feeling.
Actually it caught some users off-guard and resulted in the ban hammer to hit hard. The COD black ops forums exploded since yesterday with complaints of people being banned.
Some of the big problems are wifi, bluetooth, sound and video related. Most of these problems are a result of proprietary drivers/hardware. I have problems with bluetooth that my keyboard won't connect after a reboot. Configuring the spdif raw output is a pain(eventually got it running properly with a custom.asound configuration). Cheaper sound cards only support one channel, thus causing one application to block another (there are workarounds, but even for the tech-savvy this is a pain). Video support, you are at the mercy of the hardware.
For me, Linux is ready for the desktop, it's just that some hardware's not ready for Linux.
VLC lately has had some big audio issues. On OS X as well as Ubuntu it hijacks the audio preventing access for other programs (flash, iTunes). It is quite annoying and I hope they've fixed it in this release.
What prevents them from still requiring a proprietary signal from the usb port or psu to put the device in charge mode. Hence requiring a "certified" power source. Take for instance the PS3 controller, it doesn't charge from a regular mini usb power supply.
Thanks for this info, it does shed some light into the why's. I assume you made a copy paste mistake with the second ip, should start with 193...The big question will always be whether Google were informed that one of their servers were abused, or they were just blatantly added to SORBS blacklist.
Thanx for all the advice.
In my current setup, my primary mail server is located in a data center where I have to pay for bandwidth, so using a blacklist does help reducing the traffic and server load as the mail does not get much further than the initial control. However this require a blacklist to be very accurate. I also have been playing with mx priority and fallback methods using a second mail server in another data center. This way, when a mail is bounced, the second server will get picked up and the mail is processed only by a spamfilter (spamassasin). The first server I use a IMAP server as my priority mailbox and the second as a POP server which I check once a while.
I guess as some have mentioned, ip based blacklisting is not so effective anymore, it can do more damage than good if not maintained properly. After all, the blacklist providers(if I may call them that) are not the ones blocking the email, their users are. Maybe they should encourage people to use their blacklist in a spamfilter with a scoring algorithm rather than a blocking method in a smtp server (give better examples).
Isn't Microsoft better than linux? Ouuch!, Stop that! Now dont throw that, AAAHH! man cummon! be serious! what, with microp....aaah!!, stop that! linux ROxs!.............eeeem.
I and my fellow friends would like thank SCO for the effort they have made to place Linux in the news papers. For them we can only be gratefull. Long live SC.. oh wait, Linux.
Yea, I've been using this technology for a long time; I just crank up my radio till I don't hear my computer. Unless Britney Spears comes up, then I prefer the soothing noise of my computer.

Actually, two thirds of road deaths are caused by sober people.

Why don't we just address the real problem, overpopulation. Ban procreation (but not the act, just the result).

What is your favourite OS? What would then be your Distro of choice? Wat do you actually run at home? Vi or Emacs?
You must be new here. Welcome to Slashdot.

Slashdot has got a lot of green bars, safest place on the internet. Just the IT section is a bit brownish.
It compiles! Ship it!!
They must be getting ready to run Vista.

What will happen with Real's rpm streams? With mime type handeling you might start up Real player the next time you download a RPM software package.
