Make sure that you understand what the list is meant for, and how aggressive the list is. Some lists tell you right off of the bat that they should be used for experimental or reference purposes only, and shouldn't be used in a production environment. Talk to friends and colleagues, reference newsgroups. Start small, and see how effective your beginning measures are before increasing your efforts. Your customers and/or company depend on email, and I have seen too much legimate traffic blocked by aggressive lists being used without proper research beforehand.
30 minutes? Are you walking to the city? Conshohocken is barely outside Philadelphia. Part of your 30 minutes estimate on driving might be cause the local roads are built for carriages from 200 years ago.
Don't sales reps who are recently hired often get bonus for "bringing" their client base with them? I have heard of this before, but I don't know for sure since I am not in Sales. Seems to me that if there is a lack of a NDA or non compete then all's fair. If I was a client being pulled from one company to another with a central person involved, I would do it for one of two reasons (both would be best)
1) I have a track record with the central person - I know that if I need 25,000 widgets or 10,000 lines of code by Friday, they will deliver.
2) As mentioned before, they are cheaper.
Seems to me to be part of competition in the business world, but then again, this isn't my area of expertise.
Heh - I regularly bash EA on the stratics boards for their mishandling of UO over the last couple of years. I boycot EA's products as a result (not that they care, but it makes me feel good anyway...)
Keyboards, mice, joysticks...they've been doing this for a few weeks now:) - say what you like about M$ - their hardware products are overall rock solid.
Looking for a copy. Heck, I've been meaning to get it for about a year or so now (I'm not a huge console fan) and they dropped the price to $30. The guy running the electronics (I'm in there twice a week at least since I work evening shift, and the guy and I are cordial) told me that he had some on Saturday but they seem to have disappeared. He was expecting more in, but republished ones with the offending language edited. I asked him if they were actively pulled, and he told me that they weren't, as he'd be the one that would be pulling them. Looks like Wal-Mart isn't too flipped out about it. He also told me that the "protest" was nothing to write home about.
I didn't Dave, as well as a lot of other people. Ignore that troll. Thanks a lot for a great expansion - makes me happy to give money to such a responsive company. Viva Bioware! Now if I could only figure out this colored chains thing...
Won't Internet 2 help with this? Admittedly I don't know much about it, but I seem to recall that it is meant for educational institutions. Whether that is for them to share data with each other, or use the bandwidth to have their "own" internet is beyond my knowledge, but if someone can briefly explain it or drop an appropriate link or two it would be appreciated.
I had sex with my wife last night, THEN went to play Penultima, which is a very funny NWN mod (available at nwvault.ign.com) - I could be the luckiest drawf ever.

Thanks for the weaknees.com link. I am considering getting a TiVo from my Christmas loot and am looking at the site now.
My father is 72, and he is about the last person to ever fall for this kind of nonsense. Maybe something will magically happen on his next birthday...
I took this survey in Firebird 0.7 and it worked fine for me...
Please show this post to your new boss. With grammer like this, I am sure that your trip to "management" will be short lived...
I'm gonna sell my 32' TV and stop making payments on my corrective eye surgery. Then I shall move to India muahahahahah
For the sake of all that is funny, mod this parent up.
I worship Lucky Charms.
Remind me to refresh before I post next time :)
Wouldn't Connector fit your needs?

Mod parent up please - I'm busy going to Mozdev as we speak :) - thanks for the info!

Gee, that's funny. I'm married and I get it constantly. Sounds like you need to look at how you are presenting yourself to women.
