I was in the exact same boat as you, and I found that the only thing that actually got me to sit my butt down and study and get something done was to study with some friends. If you don't have any friends in your classes, now's the time to make some!:)
I hope Disney realizes that this will up the amount of illegal downloading of movies online. All it takes is one person to 'buy' each movie, and send it out over the internet. They're making it too easy!
mp3.com tried something similar to this just a few years ago. They purchased CDs, converted them to mp3s, and put them up on a special section of their website. After proving that the user actually owns the CD they are about to download by putting it in their CD-ROM drive (not sure what kind of verification was used to verify that they are a match), the user was able to download the mp3(s) for free. Needless to say, mp3.com was sued and lost.
Back in the day (over 5 years ago), I read about how it was not too hard to get passwords from AOL users. A simple trojan virus disguised as a spam blocker or whatnot would do the trick. Even Host and Guide accounts were easy to crack with their simple passwords such as "qwerty" and "john1234", giving you not only overhead access, but credit card/bank info as well. Password flaw? Big deal...it's not too hard to get the same information and more by other means.
Dubya should take notes and take heed. We have the capabilities to recycle, but we just don't put them to good use. My neighborhood is not very recycle-friendly when it comes to aluminum, glass, or plastic, but when it comes to batteries, we've got to be the recycling kings!
Palm pilots have limited sized screens as it is, now they want to make a watch PDA? Sure, technology may allow it, but is it really practical? They better have a great warranty on the scroll button.:)
Paypal is a service that you can use to pay anyone online. Sign up, and you can send money from a CC or checking account to anyone who has a valid e-mail addy. They also have a Visa card that has great protection services.
You're right - the reason why they're called french fries is because that's how they are made...they're "frenched". Side note: French fries are now called "freedom fries" in certain gov't buildings. Could things get any more ridiculous?
German advertisers are upset that their annoying popups and advertisements won't be seen if deep linking is allowed.

With the wave of silly law suits going on presently, I can picture the headlines in just a few weeks - "Radio Stations Nationwide Sue VW and Apple For Stealing Listeners". You know that ClearChannel won't be happy about this.
Last I heard, those radio ads don't contain data miners and don't have the capability to spam. Perhaps a change in your cell phone ringer will do you some good.:)
I assume they'd put a camera in the cockpit, also. I suggest you report your pilot friend (or whoever you heard those comments from) to the proper authorities. Knowlingly allowing people like that to fly airplanes should be a crime.
So I guess it's too much to ask of people to create a password that isn't "12345" or "qwerty" that's easy to remember, huh? Wow, Americans really are lazy.
"According to figures submitted by competitor America Online to the Federal Communications Commission, Microsoft's service is the second most popular instant-message service, behind AOL's program and ahead of Yahoo!'s service. AOL is a division of AOL Time Warner, CNN's parent company."
Bill just can't stand being #2, can he?
Will kids still be allowed to rent these videos from stores? What's to stop them from getting past the law by renting a restricted game (or having a friend rent) from a store like Blockbuster, burn a copy, and return it?

Freenet should up their advertising for their service. They could be banking a lot of dough right about now if they do.
Yeah, the concrete canoe building comes after the competitive drinking. :)
Well, looks like I won't have to snatch any more Bibles from hotel rooms.
With his recent allegations of plagiarism from a Japanese book, Mr. Dylan won't ever have writer's block again with this service.

Wouldn't it be cheaper to upgrade an old laptop and buy a webcam for $20?
Do I smell another 'Microsoft' coming along? Might as well try to corner the market on handhelds and gaming consoles while you still can.
Hmm? If you're going to use something this silly, at least use it to protect your store against theft of more expensive items!

If CD-R works as "backup copies" of Xbox games, then use it. It's cheaper!

So this explains the mystery behind crop circles! Aliens, my ass...it's those damned GPS driven tractors! Does the National Enquirer know about this?
Sorry, honey, I didn't hear my phone ring when you called...but on the bright side, I didn't get any mosquito bites today!
