It would have to be an incredible AI in order to match the unpredictability and flexibility of a human player.
The best Smash, like before, will almost undoubtedly be when you have 3 flesh-and-blood opponents in your living room. It's nice that they're trying, and "With Anyone" mode may be just the tip of the online iceberg.
Well, it's the law on the books. The fine (or other penalty) will be specified by the written law as interpreted by the sentencing judge (and most likely won't be the maximum possible penalty), assuming that the accused are convicted. If you think this sucks, go talk to your Congresspeople.
And, seriously dude, don't abuse that punctuation. This has to be "teh longest sentence evar":
These huge life killing fines are unjust for the crime that are caused forcing the person into jail (for people who are not a continued danger to society) or Paying huge sumes of money will only make the problem worse... Oh a person commited a Crime Put him in Jail for 1/3 of his life and make sure when he gets out he can't pay any bills... That'll make sure he won't comment a crime again... a $5000 fine will be enough for the person to feel it and not willing to try again, but yet will be able to live his life as a productive and law abiding citizen.
The problem, though, lies in very fact that there are people who cannot or will not formulate their opinions on the matter this way. Whether it be the "think of the children" proclaimers or those who believe that video games are blameless, there will be people who will approach the situation with a closed mind. When they have power, decisions will be made accordingly. Trying to remind such people that they should think openly may not work - perhaps it would work better to see that they don't continue to wield power?
Video game prejudice shouldn't be your only key issue when selecting politicians, of course, but it might be worth thinking about before the polling booth.
One more important thing: Christmas (or other holiday) lights.
You probably wouldn't think much about it, but those little bulbs are just about the same size (and IR intensity) of the sensor bar's IR LEDs. So, for the holidays, you'll need to be careful to switch off the tree/decorations before you load up a game. In our house, we just put the tree on a switch, as Mario Galaxy is getting serious playtime.
For years, I used to be against the death penalty, thinking it was inhumane. However, with jail overcrowding, reports of inmate abuse, and the general overpopulation of our planet, I find it really hard to provide any sort of argument why such a person (if he is indeed found guilty) should not be executed. Not for justice, but for the health of our society as a whole and (quite possibly) his own treatment for whatever days remain.
I understand here that "due process of law" is actually being changed to make this legal
... and that's exactly what you should tell your Senators. I just emailed mine, and I recommend that you do the same (or call, or write) if you believe that this is a concern of yours (and if you live in the U.S.).
Easier than that: if you want an XP-loaded dell, just go here.
They're hardly pushing it (see quote below), but it's still very much an option.

What with the additional costs of sending humans anywhere, doesn't it make sense that an already-strapped NASA would pursue human-free missions to stretch its limited budget? I mean, I'm all for pumping up the public view of space exploration, but that problem lies more in making the public aware than in the nature of the missions themselves. Seeing a robot plant an American flag on Mars could be equally awe-inspiring, if widely televised.
The members of Congress were duly elected by the general populace of the United States; why NASA should attempt to ignore Congressional opinion is beyond me. If you happen to live in the U.S. and are upset about the situation (one way or the other), I urge you to contact your representative legislator(s) directly.
Sadly, it's been done....
Ur joke, it haz a flavr:
Geek comedik fail!
It sure is....
And, if you really still don't get it, click here.

Hmm... I guess you missed "With Anyone" mode. It's free of buddy codes and rankings, for random play.

It could be worse. It could be "LoTR Fanservice: The Musical".

Thankfully/sadly (take your pick) he hasn't agreed to do The Silmarillion.
Given the bad blood, including a recent "taunting" phonecall, it really is surprising that Jackson would accept the project.
But, then again, money is money (especially when it's LOTS of money).
Well put, succinct and lucid.

Sorry - I saw the title and thought, "Why should I be the only one to suffer?"
