This is a good thing, right? I mean it saves a lot of work from servers, for instance: lets say atari releases a game demo, atari saves money by putting up a bittorent link and saving bandwidth. 15. not just about porn. on Pennsylvania Child Porn Act Overturned · · Score: 1

I think the significance of this ruling doesn't just ly in blocking kiddie porn. With a ruling that makes ISP's block access to kiddie porn, the gov't could force them to block sites that support legalizing pot, or pro-graffetti art sites... the list goes on.. The police already conduct investigations, track down and arrest persons who distribute illegal porn via the Internet and other sources and that is the best way to combat it.

  17. free trade works on Nintendo DS To Allow Free VoIP Calls · · Score: 4, Insightful

If you consider the GBA a console, which it really is, the gba is the best selling console ever. Constant renovation and competition is what pushes this company. Nintendo started out making arcade games and after the mario brothers hit they kept that same character, in fact almost any game with him in it goes gold. With n-gage starting to appeal to the masses it's kinda common sense that nintendo would have to redesign in product to keep ahead. Nintendo is actually a great company and I'm glad that they are testing new and cool waters.

I know it's been said before, but I feel realy crappy when our citizens get raided and China (the government) gets to pirate anything it wants. How do we reward a country that RIAA and MPAA should really go after (not to mention human rights issues) we give them the olympics. okay, sorry, back on the topic - this is bad, how long before any email with a copyrighted song, any newsgroup post with a copyrighted picture or anything else someone could dream of land normal people in jail. With flagrant abuses of the patriot act and federal wiretaps becoming an issue who knows what may happen. BTW - I though a song that is over 25 years old is public domain, why does Mikey Jackson own the rights to the beatles songs, they should be public domain.

Possibly having the firewall throttle the connections to the net with a super sexy IDS attached, market the whole thing as the best business solution ever and profit. Or was there other things about this software that they forgot to mention so they will just use microsoft as an excuse.
