We have been through this thing many times, When the colombine shooting happend what did they blame? Doom, quake etc. Did they ever stop to think that maybe these games had little or nothing to do wih them? OH NO! I play doom and Wolf3d regularly, does that mean I am in danger of shooting up a school? SURE! Lock me up before I can! They are just looking for somthing to blame it on other then the parents lack of concern for their children which in my opinion is the main reason things like this happen.
I like characters that are so different you dont forget them. I mean take Ganondorf, you can never forget the chill that goes down your spine when he thrusts out his hand with the triforce and then that purple light... still gives me nightmares, and no navi to help:'( and Cloud! Way cool hair, awsome sword, awsome final limit, un-forgetable...
If we make games about killing Nazis, the American kiddies will love it, Germans will get offended. If we make games about blowing up American monuments, the Americans will be offended, Saudis will love it. For some kids this is the only way they will find out about what is going on in the world.
The klingons have been waiting... as soon as we get up there to fight their birds of prey will uncloak and then.... we will all have to worry about Honor and how wrinkled our foreheads are!!!
I was wondering when they were going to do somthing like that. Yeah it will make it a little bulky, but hey, who cares! We can carry megaman and mario on the clasic catridge with us! Hopefully we wont have to rig up books to keep the cartridge down anymore though....
At our Local Wal-mart they have the same rules for M-Rated games as they do for R-rated movies. you have to be at least 17, I have seen kids try to buy them and they wont let them.
Is it just me? Or does it look like someone splaterd malted butter all over the back of the bill? I understand we need to be secure, but couldent we do it a bit more subtly? People are eventually going to learn how to print their own 20s just like that, and anyway, they can still use the old ones they can print of.

I Doubt many parents would buy kids their M rated games if they actually sat down and watched their darling little ten year olds blowing up buildings, brutally murdering people etc. Or maybe I am just out of the loop and thats what parents want there kids to do when they grow up...
