I don't think asus will get sued by winrar. This is obviously an accident, and im sure asus has purchased legal copies, or atleast they have now.

if you rtfa you'll see that the phishing scam was to download malware. so the AV companies would need to fend off the malware.

its a bit late, but konqueror works fine after the inital warning that its not supported.
