Ebay actually has some great search features. You can exclude words and do OR searches as well. If you simply add "-case -protector -shell" Or even just specify a minimum dollar amount of $25 you would eliminate most of the crap.
I can certainly add my 2 cents. I'm an American who is now looking for a job. I currently "work" in a call center. The company I work for opened a new branch in the Philippines and now 95% of what I used to do has been outsourced. We had 70+ people in my department. Now there might be 15. The company won't say anything officially but it's obvious our department will soon be closed. When your supervisors are looking for jobs, it's time to run!
My concern isn't with how well businesses are doing. It's with how well the patients are being taken care of and at what cost. When it's You laying on the table you'll find you're not too worried about stock values.
I agree. There is far more money to be made by treating symptoms then curing people. This is the sad state of the American medical industry. You can call bullshit, but in 5.. 10.. 15? years.. you may start to wonder whatever happened to this discovery.
I would boycott GoDaddy if I wasn't already doing so. I'd like to give props to namecheap as well. I've been using them for a couple years now and they've been very solid. Their UI is clean and there's no bullshit to deal with.
Nobody is forcing anyone to use Google's services. Just like a merchant can require someone to wear a shirt and shoes in their store, Google can set their own requirements. If you don't like it, go somewhere else.
You actually can have an android phone on prepaid. You only need a data plan to activate the phone. Just pop in a friend's SIM card (which has a data plan) activate the phone, then pop your prepaid SIM in and your good to go. Get your data via wifi. If you really neeed it, t-mobile's prepaid plans allow you to pay $1.50 for 24 hours of data via the cell network.
That depends on the goals of the mission. Why not study the effects of the environment on the elderly? And who's to say the man is in poor health just because he's old?
Agreed. This a silly stereotyping and nothing more. This is no different then making jokes about blacks eating chicken, whites sucking at basketball, jews being tight with money, etc, etc. It doesn't mean it's true. It's just a stereotype. Chill out and laugh a little.
You guys fail to realize that xbox live is a matchmaking service. The games are not hosted on MS's servers. Your xbox is connected to someone elses xbox. Just like a PC is connected to another PC. Live simply points the xboxes at each other. Your lag is a direct result of the connection between you and the xbox which is hosting.
I 2nd this. Been using Comfort Keyboard for nearly ten years and would never go back. I don't the elevated swivel things but the keys themselves are designed to give good feedback yet little to no impact on your joints. Very customizable and they have a variety of options.
It's called, "ColorNote Notepad Notes"... I guess they were trying to fit in a bunch of keyboards or something with that name heh. It is a great app though.
Oh, there's also a wonderful Android app that lets you put postits on your home screens. They're great for todo/shopping lists and things of that sort.
I do pretty much the exact same thing. Google/Android Calendar keeps my upcoming appointments/events in order. If I'm out and want to do something when I get home, I put a postit in my pocket. When I get home I remove and handle any notes in there. Sometimes I'll e-mail myself if it's something I don't need to do asap once I'm home.
I'm also a fan of whiteboards. I have one at home and one at the office.
As far as hard drives go. I'm oldschool and have categorized partitions/directories as I'm sure many of us here do.
I do have mod points. But not enough to mod this entire discussion as Offtopic.

As long as they stay out of the passing lane I don't care.
When I'm older, the youngsters will marvel at my ability to operate a motorcycle.

Those principles were bought by corporations while the country watched American Idle.
I've drilled holes through the RFID chips in all my cards that have them. No need for silly wallets or wraps.

If they get rid of all the child porn, there will be no more supply to meet demand.
Thus, people will make new child porn.
People still pay for cable TV?

Easy, get a job at a convenience store.

Because it's poorly implementing DirectInput.
By definition; Nothing.

That's like predicting that people will stop painting because we have applications like Painter.
