There's nothing wrong at all with the keyboard (in fact, it's the nicest feeling one I've ever had). The only problem I have with the mouse is in games, but I somehow manage. For real work (music and video production, webpage creation, photo editing) the one-button mouse doth not suck. At least it doesn't if you have an OS that is well engineered from a UI perspective. No, a vote for anyone but Kerry is a vote for anyone but Kerry. If third party candidates did not exist then I wouldn't vote for anyone.

Kerry is the only person we can vote for who can wind them down.

Did you even read the article? He's not going to wind them down, he's going to wind them up.

    From the article:
"When asked how many additional troops should be deployed Iraq, Kerry said that once in office, he would "sit with the generals" and discuss the size of the increase. Earlier, he had told Defense News that he would add two divisions to the current 10-division army -- an increase of 40,000 troops -- while continuing reseach and development of the Star Wars missile defense/corporate welfare system and, not surprisingly, raising the overall military budget."

If that's "winding down" then I'd hate to see what he would do if he were a hawk.
He has also stated that even knowing what he knows now, that Iraq had no WMDs and wasn't a threat to the US he would still have gone to war.

Your .sig, and the article it links to, make sense only in a vacuum where someone other than Kerry or Bush might win the election.

If people voted for whoever they wanted and not who has the most chances of winning then we wouldn't have this problem. If your man Kerry was trailing by 30-40 points would you vote for Bush since he had the best chance of winning?

So why are you promoting votes for catastrophic war?

I'm not. Anyone who votes for Bush or Kerry is voting for war. It's sad that you are so delusional that you can't see that by Kerry's own statements he is as warmongering (if not more so) than Bush. (On a side note, is there a such thing as a non-catastrophic war?)

First, your argument does not matter because there is no question that Apple breached the settlement.

Actually it is not clear if Apple Computer has breached the settlement.

From the Judgement of Feb 2004:

""The parties acknowledge that certain goods and services within the Apple Computer Field of Use are capable of delivering content within the Apple Corps Field of Use. In such case, even though Apple Corps shall have the exclusive right to use or authorise others to use the Apple Corps Marks on or in connection with content within subsection 1.3(i) or (ii), Apple Computer shall have the exclusive right to use or authorise others to use the Apple Computer Marks on or in connection with goods or services within subsection 1.2 (such as software, hardware or broadcasting services) used to reproduce, run, play or otherwise deliver such content provided it shall not use or authorise others to use the Apple Computer Marks on or in connection with physical media delivering pre-recorded content within subsection 1.3(i) or (ii) (such as a compact disc of the Rolling Stones music)." [Apple vs Apple]

Notice that it says physical media. Apple has never released a CD of music. Therefore they aren't in breach of the settlement. By your own logic then, your argument does not matter because there is no question that Apple Computer didn't beach the settlement. QED.
