The domesticated chickens are so huge that they can barely stand on their own. This is how we get the huge chicken breasts you see in the store these days. Those chickens could not survive in the wild. However, there are still some breeds available that are more natural and can survive just fine in a natural environment.

  15. That sounds like Rogers here in Canada. They cover user damage on the phones they sell EXCEPT for the iPhone.

  16. Especially here in Ontario(probably most other provinces also) Canada, the big 3 carriers lock you into a 3 year contract with the iPhone if you get one subsidized. The thing only has a 1 year warranty yet you are basically stuck with it for 3 years. I had an iPhone 4 and I was on my 3rd one in the 1 year warranty period. The first one had a problem where the sleep/wake button became jammed and didn't work.

The second one had a problem with the vibrate motor and it got jammed also, thus didn't work at all. I got the 3rd one near the end of the 1 year warranty and sold it to someone else. Then I bought the 4S. Now, I like the iPhone and the OS but at least the 4 seems to have a lot of problems, or I'm unlucky. I did not miss treat my phone by being overly abusive to it but yes it did have a few accidental drops(in a case). In any case, I did not drop it ON the sleep/wake button. IMO, I shouldn't be on my 3rd phone in less than 1 year, especially when you are locked into a 3 year contract for a subsidized phone.

What I do is "warm up" with light weight for the exercises I'm doing. Say I'm doing shoulders, I start with light 25 lb dumbells and do 10-12 reps. Increase the weight by 10 lbs or whatever the next set. I work up to 75lb dbs on shoulder press and I'm sure not going to go straight into those from a cold state. That doesn't mean you have to do a ton of warm up before your heavier sets but IMO you should still not go straight into the heaviest weight.

Depends on the size, yes. ATC here can detect single seat gliders 20+ miles away. Gliders have a big wingspan yes, but their cross section is quite small. The radar used by ATC does not require a transponder for something to show up on their screen. Likewise, you can have a transponder that won't even show your altitude but will just send a reply back to their ping with either code 1200(VFR outside controlled airspace), or some code given by ATC. Then you can have the Mode C(soon we will have mode S), which you can switch to altitude reporting as well as back to non-altitude reporting.

We have time of use billing for electricity here in a lot of Ontario Canada now. It's a crock. Want to do laundry? Wait until after 7PM so you get the "cheap" rates. I could not stand that for internet too. What happens is the "cheap" off peak rate is the same as what the standard rate used to be. The non off peak rates are then more expensive and you end up paying MORE every month. Time of use no matter what it is for is just a way to get you to pay more than you are now. ISPs will never settle for REDUCING your monthly rates.
