A while back I heard something quite astonishing. (don't have a source, so don't hold me to it)
It seems that our lungs CAN get the oxygen out of the water, just not the water back out of our lungs. (not taking all the crap in the water in consideration though)
I'll quote the most delicious sentence ""Most people, I think, don't even know what a rootkit is, so why should they care about it?" he huffed." as said by The President of Sony BMG's global digital business division Thomas Hesse.
It tells about the ruckus the rootkit caused that made cheating in games such as World of Warcraft a lot more difficult to detect, impossible at that time even (don't know if it can be now), Blizzard probably lost customers over this, they had to program pieces of extra security software like "the Warden" to check for known cheating/botting programs, costs I don't think that will be covered by the nice chaps at Sony.
So don't mind me if I agree with the other poster on the opinion that you are a fanboy, nothing wrong with that, your choice, but don't feign innocence.
Calm down man, don't take everything on the internet personally. Autism of a child (or anyone) is a serious thing, we all know that (well most of us).
The first thing I thought when reading the headline, that it would be fantastic of autism (and after reading the blurb) other mental defects could be cured.
You could have a normal relationship with your son for instance, look him in the eye and let him recognise you (I don't know the degree of your sons autism).
All the best for you and your family (I know I'm praying for a cure and I'm in no way affected by autism)
Actually Poland is experiencing a reversed timeline they upgraded from Windows Omnius to Vista to XP and now to 2000. Soon they will go back to ME, 98, 95 in that order.

And a HD-DVD player :D
Or fucks it, which is more likely when you look at the Denny Crane and Kirk personalities :)
Wouldn't that be a loose noose situation? ;)
Nah, more a George Carlin type of humor. :)
I know I read it with his voice in mind
Seriously, RIP for the ppl, but this was more comedy noir.

Hello ye old purveyor of facts:
w ho_cares/
Feast thy eyes on this little article then
http://www.theregister.co.uk/2005/11/09/sony_drm_
I'll quote the most delicious sentence ""Most people, I think, don't even know what a rootkit is, so why should they care about it?" he huffed." as said by The President of Sony BMG's global digital business division Thomas Hesse.
The article also goes on about the damages
And this article
http://www.eff.org/IP/DRM/Sony-BMG/
Also gives some nice info on the Rootkit case.
But you mentioned damages, let's take a look at this article
http://www.securityfocus.com/brief/34
It tells about the ruckus the rootkit caused that made cheating in games such as World of Warcraft a lot more difficult to detect, impossible at that time even (don't know if it can be now), Blizzard probably lost customers over this, they had to program pieces of extra security software like "the Warden" to check for known cheating/botting programs, costs I don't think that will be covered by the nice chaps at Sony.

Interesting, this is something I will look into, thx for the info :)
Isn't that trackable if they confiscate the Tor server?
If I'm not mistaken, a lot of trackers block you when you don't upload, to filter out the "greedy bastards"
Too bad bittorrent also uploads automatically, (ja ook nederlander hier)
Let's hope they will be bare in the euro version (they probably won't be though *sniff)
;)
Dutchy here
It had BOOBS?!?! in the US theaters??? :D
Whoa
Calm down man, don't take everything on the internet personally.

This is less acceptable than taking a kid to the firing range and teaching how to use a gun in real life "to become a man"??
Seriously?
As a WoW player, I hate the farmers and the bots, they screw up the economy and make playing a lot more difficult than it has to be.
Actually Poland is experiencing a reversed timeline they upgraded from Windows Omnius to Vista to XP and now to 2000. Soon they will go back to ME, 98, 95 in that order.
:)
That makes sense doesn't it
But those were shortages of their newest gadget, not the refusal to sell them normally.
Don't get me wrong, I'm waiting for that little phone to get over to Europe (Netherlands), I will gladly buy it (if I can)
(and it's not through T-Mobile)
Actually our lungs are very capable of getting oxygen out of the water, just getting that water out of our lungs is the big problem.
I don't remember where I learned that, but I think it's true.
This intrigued me, I might actually go read War & Peace :)
Thanks
