    I have come up with a solution that fixes both problems. An AP that does intermittent access, so that you can connect, but after enough time to do a basic session of E-mail or web research, it refuses you for 5 minutes.
    So it refuses you for 5 minutes....you wait for 5 minutes and go back to doing whatever you were doing....seems like it would add more time, not reduce it.

    Well, since you seem to have a wife and two kids, you probably got a home at decent rates awhile ago. I live in a backwood place in FL, and just got a house for $185,000...my buddy from highschool lives down the street, bought his about 3 years ago for $70,000...so don't talk until you have that situation.

    Why is this even a debate? No matter how you look at it, sharing movies is ILLEGAL. It doesn't matter if you bought a legal copy of 'Jenna does Veamon...twice', and so you can do what you want. Sure you can loan it to a friend, but not to 10,000 online friends. Regardless of any kind of free-speech crap that someone tries to argue with, if you didn't pay for it, then it's stealing. bottom line.

    Windows can be setup to just run setup and come back later and have it fixed. Her at work, we have a server that a new station logs onto when its first build, it installs XP with SP2, Office XP, Firefox, and all the updates for the OS, and sets all the permissions for everything...just takes some time to set it up the first time, works flawlessly now.

    I've used a standard, stright out the box XP Pro installation on my hp pavillion laptop no problem, had to update some stuff since its old now, but if i hadnt it still would have booted and worked fine...Different flavors of linux did the same. Suse, Mandrake, and Xandros worked fine, Redhat, CollgeLinux, and Slackware didnt...

    Biggest names in Hollywood? I can only think of three...Ewan McGregor, Liam Neeson, and Samuel L. Jackson...dont think I would call Natalie Portman or Hayden Christenswhatever 'big' (although he did a good job in "Life as a House" and "Shattered Glass"). Who else is a big name?
