This actually helps circuit city. It proves that they had a right to detain, and they never did search his bags. The only questionable part is undue restraint, and standing in front of the car I doubt is undue. If they tied him up and hung him upside down maybe.
Until the release the price point. Sure it may be worth it at $700-$00 but is it worth it at $1500? And I wouldn't be surrised if there was a monthly fee to use the feature. That is where the money is at, reaccuring fees.
That so many weight lifters read slashdot! I am sure if you are a legit weight lifter and your BMI is over 30 you can get a doctor to check you out and give you the green light. It is about seeing the doctor. The BMI is easy because all you need is a scale and a tape measure and about 10 seconds. It is easier to understand that body fat calculations. 30 is pretty high for 90% of the population so I think it is a good place to start. Cancer is expensive, so is medication to control cholesterol, blood pressure, and glucose levels, if they can keep my premiums down by raising high risk (by choice) people than that is fine by me.
Make it so you need to enter a password (or a combination of buttons) everytime you charge it. Now the user will always remember the password and if it get stolen it will only be good for a few hours.
Sucks. Thought it would be a great little app, but was worthless, most of the tweaks where diasabling services and it did not really tell me what it was doing. Will stick to manual configurations.
key words is MORE than 50,000
They could have collected 100,000 items and it would average out to be about $7.58. Incomplete reporting from the news source most likely.
Current generation BlackBerries can play media and are cell phones, they provide all the features at less cost. Blackberry may be the standard in business, but they are moving into to the consumer markets with the Pearl, that is what I have and I see them more and more.
I use Vista IE7 and blackboard at WSU. It works but, blackboard installed Java 1.5 runtime and it crashed Vista (on a fresh install). I install Java 1.6 and Blackboard works, but gives me warnings on how this version of Java is not supported in Blackboard. I think the prblem is more in the Java and not in the blackboard. PS both suck.
He already has BS and a MS so either option is moot for the future. He needs to learn new skills quickly so either on-line or one-off college course from the university. I would recommend the later just in case he does want to get another degree.
Bandwidth concerns. You can have more than one NIC installed on the server and have it dedicated to each virtual machine.
Downtime: If you need to do maintance on the host that may be a slight issue, but I hardly ever have to anything to the host. Also if the host is dying, you can shut donw the Virtual machine and copy it to another server (or move the drive) and bring it up fairly quickly. You also have cluster capability with virtualization.
If it is an OEM type of machine (like from Dell) the key is on the side of the box. There is no need to spend $150 on a new OS, just find the CD elsewhere. I am sure someone doing PC repairs has a Windows XP CD lying around or knows where to find one.
Linux has come a long ways, but it is still foriegn to a lot of people. When people use Windows at work, it is easier to use it at home.
ALL music should be DRM free. Nothing I hate more than buying a song on Itunes (or anywhere else) and trying to place it on my MP3 player from a few years back. I can burn it to a CD and then rip the MP3s out, so why don't they save me a few steps?
It almost drives me to find the song elsewhere. I said almost.

I only use mobile browsing to look up addresses and checking the news. Using beyond411 on the blackberry makes searches fast and easy.
Even before the review starts it defends the iPhone with it's virtual keyboard and then how it's screen is in a class by itself.

They just want to get an iPhone and need a reason to expense it.

It works fine now, sorry
Mod parent! Nice site the best view is when you align the start dates. PS3 and XBOX360 are about equal.
Found the real article here: http://www.gamesindustry.biz/content_page.php?aid= 25649 Still don't buy it, but ok.
Who read TFA? Read it three times says nothing about selling 1 million units. Talks about Square Enix clarifies position on Final Fantasy for 360.
Not to mention that Pirates 3 is just in the Movie Theaters.

You should be able to disable this feature. Not all locations even practice DST, Arizona and Hawaii don't.

She was talking about music playback and not PDA type functions.
You need to also subtract the cost of fuel. If the hummer averages 8 miles to the gallon and gas costs $2.50 a gallon
Good story, but I disagree in some areas.

Degrees prove that you can learn something.
