The problem from what I have seen is in the attitude of the people running the websites. Their attitude tends to be that cross-site scripting doesn't directly impact their servers but only impacts the systems viewing the website. Since this doesn't have a direct impact on their server's it's not a high visibility threat to them. Their attitude towards their visitors is "We are secure but it sucks to be you."

I feel your pain. As a conservative (Classical Liberal) I am squeezed out of the picture by the big government spending, constitutional rewriting current Republican administration. This is such a ridiculous argument yet I cannot stop thinking about it.

That would depend on where the fight takes places. If it took place in the Star Wars galaxy Darth Vader would win because Superman gets his powers from the earths sun. If here on earth Superman would win because Darth Vader would not have the power of the force. The force does not influence anything outside of the Star Wars galaxy. However, he would still have his skills with the light saber but since Superman has his powers its doubtful the lightsaber would effect him.

I agree why would I want to buy something that only stores 16 gigs for over a $150? Besides what would I store on it, Music? No, I can store more than 16 gigs on my MP3 player. If I need a big portable storage for data I will spend the money on an external USB drive. The 16 gigs is to much for a flash drive right now. It won't be cheap and your better off going with an external USB drive.

It seems to be overkill for anything I normally would use a flash drive for and to small to carry music on. It's an odd duck.

I recently had a Symantec sales rep come in to discuss their Symantec Security Information Manager product and they sent a sales rep from Veritas. The only thing he could tell me was Veritas would make a great backup system. I had to tell him we already use Tivoli just tell me about the SIM product. You are so correct. This bill is nothing but red meat being thrown in to polarize the voters. It's an attempt to rally the troops without actually getting anything done. It's just like when congress proposes to make English the official language of the United States. That never gets passed but it gets thrown out there whenever Republican politicians need to rally their base. Then you have the Democrats opening a debate on an immediate withdrawal of troops from Iraq. They know no one will vote for that bill including themselves but it sure helps them center their base. I usually see no less than 4 meter maids at any given time walking down the street and watch them hover near the meters with less than 2 minutes to expire.
This may make paying your parking meter easier but it doesn't guarantee everyone will pay. You are still going to run into issues like forgetting your cell at home or the battery is dead and not having change on you. There are still going to be plenty of chances for the city to fine people for not paying. Now if this results in a less parking tickets the city will be able to lower their overhead by not needing to pay as many meter maids. Either way I think the city is going to get a profit from this.
