Perhaps the number of fatalities, that statistic kinda makes sense because your body will suffer more damage from a greater stopping acceleration. But I'd like to see a statistic that says there are necessarily more collisions from cars moving at a higher rate of speed. I would surmise that the majority of wrecks happen on city streets where the speed is quite low in comparison to highway driving.

They will get no such help at all with whatever foreign websites come into existence to fill the void here.

That's all well and good, but I found that in many of my harder classes (like higher maths), the professors focused a lot on theory and other things that sometimes weren't directly related to solving the problems posed on the tests/exams.

The TAs were much more focused on helping you to pass the class, so they often presented the material in a much more practical way that made more sense and actually helped you learn the mechanics of what you were expected to know.

Currently their are two different proposals in the Senate for what the new policy will ultimately be. The one in the Senate agrees with his proposal only in part, while the one in the House agrees with it very little. Therefore anything long term regarding NASA is totally up in the air at this point.

Only available on a per website basis, and besides the security crowd are so pedantic they've convinced Firefox and who knows how many else that self signed certs are worse than unencrypted traffic.

Well to be fair, in some cases they could be. Most users know enough not to enter sensitive info over an unencrypted connection. But if they are presented with an encrypted page that claims to be an entity that they trust, they may enter such information. A CA issued certificate proves to some extent that the entity is who they say they are and that the user was not directed to some malicious clone site via DNS poisoning or something.

The gov tracking their usage over unencrypted traffic may not be as severe as their identity or assets getting stolen by a site that they trusted with a self signed cert.
