    Well, I don't know about him, but for me the XBox has Project Gotham Racing. There's simply no equal for those games on the computer and the physics are better than GranTourismo. Further, later this year Forza is coming out and looks to blow away everything else. I've never played Halo in my life. Ninja Gaiden and Prince of Persia are games that aren't my style to play but I love watching my friends play them; the graphics are gorgeous and the games are interesting. Combine this with the ability to mod it to stream DivX over the network and the XBox is clearly my choice of console.

    I have one of those, an old S model, and on a trip up to school (~3 hours) I can hit 42mpg with the roof down. Love it.

    BULLSHIT. 90+ is perfectly safe on a light traffic highway in clear conditions. The limit in many places is set for revenue. "Crime doesn't pay. Traffic stops do."

    It takes DDR RAM but the doubled bandwidth goes unused, as the G4 has limited memory bandwidth regardless of the bandwidth capacity of the RAM controller and RAM itself.

    Quick and fast are not the same. Quick means capable of rapid acceleration and manouvering. Fast means high speed, but not necessarily able to change that in a hurry.

    That is strange... When I was in XC and track I was a mediocre distance runner at best, weighed 185, but could hang with most of the best girls on the team on practice runs, who got smoked by the good guys on our team. Our girls were also consistently all-state.

    No, thats bullshit, it's not attempted murder anymore than carrying a certain amount of drugs is automatically intent to distribute. Attempted murder means you specifically wanted to kill somebody, which most drunk drivers do not. They're dangerous and irresponsible but not attempted killers.

    Nope, if 2k3 would be anything but 2003 it would be 20003, as it's two thousand three, abbreviated. However, 2k3 as a substitute for 2003 is a relatively common abbreviation now and is quite understandable. How do you get 300 from 3? Nothing in that implies zeroes after 3.

    Factory run is 399 Enzos. 349 was the F50. F40 was originally supposed to be a few hundred but in the end they built almost 1500.

    SCOTUS only considers cases it feels are likely to be overturned. Look at the percentage of total decisions that get overturned by SCOTUS and you'll have a meaningful measurement.

    This ability was only added in SP1 as required by the Federal government to comply with the very weak antitrust ruling. Prior to SP1 removing MSN Messenger really WAS a Herculean task, this was not a myth created by anti-MS zealots.
