oh man, i dont know where to start. Computer science, i took CS1 last year, the first year of Java for my teacher. Thus, we were learning it with him, at a slightly faster rate (he'd assign stuff he didnt know how to do, forcing us to buy books and google) Anyway, here I am now in CS2-AP, and we still dont know jack. This year (11 weeks or so in) we've only programmed 1)Dots and Boxes 2)EtchaSketch and 3)some crappy file reader. We could do Tic-Tac-Toe, but it would take alot longer than 2 hours

its just plain stupid that i should have to pay even ONE U.S. Dollar for a song i like, why dont they start suing people who have tape decks and record their songs of the radio...just..plain..stupid
GOD BE PRAISED after this years g4ia (and every other half assed award show) i was afraid people had stopped caring, and just wanted mindless blood baths
the best lan experiance i've ever had, would have to be sven coop
online, lag can sometimes be an issue, but when everyones in the same house, shouting profanities, typing profanities, yelling profanities into the mike, its great fun
go ahead and download a classic, they DONT work on an emulator the running theory on why they dont work is because it can emulate an emulator, so its probly emulated versions of you classic
though, you can just get an NES emulator instead, haha! (and i suggest using a tapwave rather than pocketpc)
you can NOT have a video game awards show, they are just plain wrong
i mean, even ms. america is more fair since they have to have a talent and stuff
but video games are like paintings and books, everyone has a favorite kind, do you see any RTS getting Game of the Year? nope! because its not as big as some crappy starwars rpg
what about adventure games, when was the last time an adventure game got GoTY?
- you just cant judge these books by their covers.

can i shoot out the lights to provide a cover of darkness, adding even more of a stealth element?
i sure hope so, if not with official maps im sure source is powerful enough that usermade ones will come with something of that kind...

i think its more the environment where the kids are brough up, i've been playing DooM since before i was in school and i've yet to kill an animal that wasnt an insect(demon or otherwise)
i think all it just takes a parent to makes sure the kids know its not real, and it wouldnt hurt the parent to play the games either just to check for stuff their kid shouldnt see

Saying this game influences kids to act violent while playing sports is like saying that when your friend calls you a knuckle head you poke his eyes out and hit him with a 2x4
maybe they should just include a "v chip" type apparatus in consoles that blocks out all the badness, who knows who cares, violence is here to stay

yes, but i mean released alongside its UMD counterpart. i dont plan on buying a psp for a movie.

first off, Bush isn't to blaim for them launching nukes, and secondly - yes its a major event, but we are blowing it out of proportion
