GoW2 is still a great looking game even on the PS2. I'd be tempted to pick up a PS3 just for GoW3.. assuming the game play doesn't go out the door with Barlog.
..Vista if you attempt to open the popup menu using right click when the video is embedded into Firefox (at least on the machines I've worked on). All have Nvidia based video cards, not sure if its related or not. It completely locks the system. Very very annoying.
They are selling the 120GB hard drive upgrade kit for ~$199 and they mentioned it comes with transfer software. Not quite sure what kind of drugs they were smoking when they concluded 120 gigs is worth $199.
Apparently this woman is an idiot, if she didn't want to be indexed she should have specified so in her robots.txt file (which she doesn't even have). This better be thrown out.

A thought came to mind, maybe they left the company because it would be the last game they made at 3D Realms and decided to move on afterwards. Perhaps the game is pretty much done and all thats left can be done by the newbies? Sounds like it could be good news as well.

I was looking to make a headless system that I could bark commands at, and I was quite sucessful at developing my own actually. I used IBM's ViaVoice SDK and modified a few of the sample programs they had that were written in C. It took a little work getting the system running, it being a tad old and all, but eventually got it down to where it was completely useable and could make requests like "new mail" and "talk to me dirty". Oh and yes, it was a Linux system it was running on (Slackware 8).

...before Google got to them, just go to uspto.gov. I'm sure the Google interface is much easier to use though.
I wouldn't say this lawsuit changed the game industry; perhaps it improved the working environment and wallets of the employees at EA though.
I believe they already are, encryption keys are regenerated monthly on my blackberry, I always assumed that they were for this exact purpose.
