I'm pretty sure as a bio graduate that massive doses of aspirin are not the standard treatment for chronic migraines. Aspirin isn't even the most useful painkiller for migraines.
ITIL is very much management-buzzword overkill but it's a damn useful framework. I did my training last week and get my results later this week.
Once i pass i can get paid a whole lot more. It's becoming more of a 'standard' job requirement here (UK) than Prince2.
There is an ISP i have used previously here in the UK called Eclipse. They have a pretty good 'standard' broadband charge, with a few different packages depending on what you need - but they also introduced 'flex'; you give them 48hours(i think) notice to temporarily upgrade you bandwidth and the rates on that are brilliant for the service they offer.
Also, only 30 days notice to cancel the contract - great for when we were students!
Starfox 64 is out on the VC on the Wii. A friend recommended it to me and i've been loving it...i've not been able to work out how to change the route you take? I think i need to read the manual properly to work it out.
It was a great game but i kept getting severe RSI after playing for a short while from all the mouse motions you had to do. Maybe i just had a bad setup on my desk but i just couldn't get very far with it.
All very similar to the problems i'm getting with IE6 too but i'm using a work pc where i have absolutely no choice but to use IE6.
At the moment i'm getting mod point almost weekly and i'm completely unable to use them, and the new comment system doesn't render at all and for some reason IE6 won't let me change it back to the old style for the times i read when i'm at work.
The only out of the TV license if you own a tv is to prove you use it only for gaming. To do this you remove your aerial, 'detune' any channels on your Tv and basically argue with them when they turn up at your door.
This was the advice given by my university to students that just had a tv for games consoles, wish i'd known this before i got caught and had to pay £115(ish) on the spot to buy a license.
Greg Papadopoulos recently did a keynote speech on this exact topic. The idea of voicemail being a linear, audial (sic?) service is an out-dated idea.

Wasn't this one of the advantages of the Wii dev kit? I read articles saying it was 'only' around $2000, compared to the $20-$25k of the PS3 dev kit. (My numbers could be off, but for the small business/hobbyist it's going to be easier to raise $2k than $20k)
The three disc collectors edition (right here in front of me) came with the regular and HD-DVD version... over a year ago. It's a Digital Playground film, too, which somewhat contradicts what's in TFA.
Doesn't TFA say that Digital Playgrounds are going HD-DVD only?
Shozu is a 3rd party java application that uploads photos from your mobile phone to your flickr account. I started using it last week and it's pretty handy really. They do have a website http://www.shozu.com/.
Why is it so bad as a musical, most of what i remember from the books, that wasn't in the films, were the storytelling...through song and prose.
And the summary doesn't mention that some critics, and the granddaughter of JRRT, support the musical and say it is closer to the books than the films.
Since when did Cedega run just under Linspire? It's always been linux software. Ok so they now have a major ditro backing them but Cedega will still run under other linux ditros...so the cost of that would be nothing. Most linux ditros are free.
It wasn't an urban myth here. The slashdot article that was on here http://apple.slashdot.org/article.pl?sid=04/03/30/ 1631231&tid=176&tid=3 was released by my local police authority. There were reports of people in this area being targeted as the bright white earphones are highly visible.
Some people in Europe pay to receive sms as well. I have friends in Holland who sometimes don't get my 'texts' until they have the credit (for pre-paid phones).
This was a problem in the UK too. Companies were charging £4.650+ ($9.00?) for ringtones. It's still a problem now I believe, It just gets reported less.
Wasn't the first RTS style Star Wars game, SW:Supremecy? (Though it may have been called something different in the US). I remember this from about 5-5 years ago and was a little Homeworld in style.
Yeah, I suppose. I regularly go out with the same group of people and don't organise it myself (anymore), I ring one person, they ring another and it all filters through. Hopefully.

Heh, funnily enough i was listening to that this morning. Great show.

Great idea for a game though.

I'm guessing you meant 'thrombosis'?
Hehe, the parent post made me almost burst out laughing in the office.
Some of the questions still go unanswered though.
They were expecting an answer to, "did you really do it?"

No he's not. It's an old C64 game called BC's quest for the Wheel.

Didn't know most of that. I can't say there's many Amish people near me (in the UK).
I thought Amish people didn't use technology, since when are LEDs not technology?

Someone that commented on the article page mentioned that Kingdom Hearts also involces these characters, where does this 'fit' in?
http://www.internettrafficreport.com/main.htm Shows a little hiccup, or something? What's that blip?
