  1. Re:Anti-trust winners and losers on Netscape Founder Backs New Browser · · Score: -1

Fairchild (funder of both AMD and Intel and co-inventor* of the microchip) was a major founder of the military industrial complex which has a large degree of control over American policy. After Fairchild's death, certain influential interests which demanded continued control of the microchip industry. These interests do not see any particular value in restriction of 'dirtier' competition (as is common in strength/power based thought; they believe this would only strengthen them). As such these interests have no problem with Intel's tactics, and will guarantee that Intel never receives more than a slap on the wrist for their actions... Unless of course Intel betrays these interests, at which point they would find their legal situation far more dire. * While I can't prove it, neither of the supposed co-inventors invented the microchip. The invention was stolen [look up the honourary memberships of the other co-inventor for motivation of this point].

You should create a blogstorm. Start with letters to key blizzard personal. If (when) you receive boilerplate bullshit instead of results, post story to blogs, social news sites, Slashdot, etc. Due to the fact that people are already pissed at this decision, the idea of Blizzard fucking a fan in the ass who 'puts his life on the line for their freedom (etc, etc, etc)' should force their hand.

To be fair, if you were EVER proud to be British, you should of been flagged as a racist. Being proud to be a non-existant denomination created by the illegitimate conquest of an island, which then illegitimatly conquered 1/2 the world, claiming to be superior and benovolent, sounds pretty fucking racist to me.

... how about so someone doesn't have to switch from browser to browser just to view a webpage. IEs major problems on windows are security and spyware do to its massive market share... that is not an issue on a mac as even if 100% of mac users used IE it would still not be a relevent target. So IE on Mac has only a couple annoying IE issues but very rarely are those a problem as websites are designed for IE.
