I think its above 10 maybe. It doesn't bother me, because you really can't see them when watching tv at a normal distance.
What i plan on doing is just complaining about it right before my 4 year full warranty comes to a close so theyll either fix it completely, or give me an equivalent model ( new hopefully) =]

However, i did get a free DS from youknowwhere.com and sold it to someone for $150 because i decided the PSP was a better system. Now i'm trying to get a free psp from obviouslyhere.com. If i wind up getting that, ill keep it, otherwise I probably wont be getting a handheld at all.

Also in my case, i did a Real Rhapsody 14 day free trial for the ipod, and a $1 offer for the DS. The $1 offer actually got me a $20 gift card to Circuit city. All my friends i convinced also did $1 offers. The cancellation process was a 5 min 1800 call.
So do i think it was worth it? Well duh. I got $299(ipod) + $149(DS) + $20 (gift card) for a total of $1.
Of course, if you have friends who vehemently think its a scam you won't have much success. Of course, you can offer them $2 to sign up under you (which i did for 1 person) =]
So no, its not 'free'. It takes up a little bit of your time. But you DO get your free* if you follow thru.

The guy ( if what he said was true ) is just the last branch on the tree of sharing. If the whatever-AA wants to stop this stuff, they need to cut off some roots or bigger branches.
Even for a regular seller on eBay, $50,000 is a lot of money. What do they expect, some lady who makes pottery to sell on eBay as her main source of income to take out a loan so she can do so?
I'm playing the game for the 3rd time through now, on 'professional' mode, i.e. Hard. First time through it took about 16 hours. 2nd time through, after beating some mini games, i unlocked a badass handcannon and ran through the game in 3.5 hours.
Though the game isnt truly widescreen ( anamorphic wise), it still looks pretty nice on a widescreen tv, once you use the zoom feature.
Hopefully, whatever console(s) RE5 comes out on will enable true widescreen.
